These guys are great! The fella that served us was friendly and knew his stuff! He fixed our phone quick smart at a very fair price and he also put a screen protector on free of charge. Recommend these guys. They're in the Botany Paradise ice skating rink which is easy to find.

Wow, what a service visited first thing Fri am, courteous service, explanation, timeline to fix my iPhone. Before the afternoon, got a ph call screen replaced, ready for pickup. He even gave me a free bonus, installed a glass screen protector. This shows a company that will go above & beyond customer care, well done to the Tech on duty 12.02.21 you a treasure to the company. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!! They had my deeply cracked and bent phone screen fixed within 15 minutes after checking its condition today at the Botany branch. They made the process fast and simple with no hassle involved. Good results and low prices, so I would for sure come back if I have any future tech problems.

Have been here twice, both times my old beaten down iphone 6+ had a cracked screen with half of it not working, was replaced within 30 minutes. Recently came back in because the battery couldn't hold its charge, fixed within 40 minutes. Very happy have looked at other places wanting to charge $100+. Great service, great price. Will keep coming back until my phone turns to dust.

Fantastic, highly efficient and unbelievably fast service! My IPhone screen was badly cracked and the phone itself had chunks out of it after a nasty tumble, I was quite anxious about it. Technofix replaced the screen and all the damaged parts in less than an hour! They also cleaned out the charging point which was clogged and making it hard to charge free of charge! Fast, speedy service at a very reasonable price. They've also changed my battery and fixed my computer in the past and have always been very efficient and reliable. Couldn't be more pleased with their service and professionalism. If anything breaks these are the guys to talk too! 10/10!

They replaced my iPhone SE battery in less than 20 minutes. And had cleaned the charging socket even I didn’t ask them to ( didn’t charge for that). Price was $40 which is $19 less than the quote from another shop. So what else we can expect from them. Highly recommend for any iPhone issue.

I spilled tea on my Macbook last Saturday and was devastated as I use it for work every day. All other repair shops had a 7-14 day wait to even get a repair quote but Technofix did a quote for me within 24 hours. I was very pleased with the price and the excellent service and my Macbook was repaired before the following Friday. Not even a week later. I would like to say thank you so much to Jagdit (Sorry if it is wrong spelling). Really appreciate your level of great service. My phone died on me this morning. Other repair shop told me I have to leave my phone overnight so they can see what is wrong with it. I didn't like the idea of leaving my phone overnight so my my wife told me that there is a repair shop at paradise ice skating so went over and not only did he fixed the phone by just what's he called hard reset he didn't want to take any payment. You are good person and the world needs more people like you. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend my family and friends. Keep up the good work!!

Really quick, efficient and friendly service. Only a couple of annoyances: the price was originally quoted to me excluding GST, which was an unpleasant surprise when I picked up the phone (and a test of my listening skills). Also, the phone itself was returned covered in a kind of gluey grease. They cleaned it on request, but that doesn't bode well for the cleanliness of their repair station...

Very, very excellent service. We came into the Botany branch on a Sunday, as I had only just broken my phone (Samsung Galaxy s5, by closing it in a car door (accidentally), and said "my display isn't turning on, but the phone still works", they instantly gave me a quote as to how much it would cost. I asked them "can it be done by Tuesday, as we are going away on Wednesday". They said that they would get it done. I checked up on the next day to see what was happening, and they replied within 40 seconds and helped me with all of my questions. They called up twice to tell us about it how it was going, and the guy apparently went out of his way to get it done for me. When we got the phone back the next day, it was in great condition, and working perfectly. I am very grateful for their service to my phone, as they fixed it within 2 working days, with no problems at all. Definitely 5/5 stars for the branch at botany.

Took my iPhone in to get the lcd and glass replaced as it was completely smashed and couldn’t see much of anything and also the front camera was blurry, the staff at Technofix were extremely professional and super easy to deal with and had my iPhone completely perfect again in under half an hour. Was also really well priced for the parts and labour, well definitely be coming back.

Took my niece's Iphone 5s in for repair because the screen was cracked and there was mild water damage to it. The only accessibility she had was the fingerprint unlock feature to open the phone but couldn't do anything else. We returned after half an hour to pick up the phone and was very impressed. The technician did a great job as the phone appeared almost brand new. The screen was fixed and the water damage was completely gone, which had plagued my niece for almost two years. Great work from these guys, and they were very friendly. We had a good experience.

Great experience, I cracked my phone a few days ago and straight away they repaired it perfectly. It only took 15 minutes and it was back to brand new. Very friendly staff Aswell and the pricing is much more reasonable than other phone repair stores that I had priced. Can't go wrong!

Had many issues with my laptop. Ended up locked out of my laptop trying to troubleshoot it myself. Gave it to technofix and not only did they make it faster they did not lose any of my data. I was stressing about losing programs, projects and documents. Not a single thing was lost. Even the company that made the laptop said I was going to lose all my data. Technician was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the outcome and recommend technofix to anyone. Whether you have a cracked screen or a technical issue you should give technofix a visit. They understand how important your data is!
