I have a small business and experienced sudden loss of Internet which proved to be a bigger issue than my normal IT guy could cope with. It turned out to be rather complex. I called Vivid in a bit of a panic as the problem put a stop to our business until it could be fixed. They came straight away and a few hours later we were up and running and for what I thought was a really reasonable price. Will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend

I have just returned from having Matt repair my computer. My camera had stopped working - and in this age of zoom calls it was a big problem for me. I rang Matt who said I could bring it straight in - despite the fact he was obviously busy. He fixed it on the spot ( and it was not an easy fix), charged me next to nothing and was very reassuring. I cannot recommend Matt and Vivid computers more highly - they are awesome. Thanks so much Matt, I really appreciate your outstanding service.

I recently had some Web development done on my website by Steven fron Vivid computers. The work was fairly urgent and I was hoping to have it done by the end of the day. Within an hour Steven had it sorted for me! I was genuinely blown away by how quick and easy he made everything and even made improvements I hadn't thought of. His communication was outstanding, he was polite and the cost of the work was extremely competitive!! If you need any help with web development don't use anyone else these guys are the best!!!
