I've always found the Staff very polite,helpful and only to happy to give guidance when they can.
Sounds like the customer was in the wrong shop ! if your lady friend was looking for an HDMI socket for an X box she'd need it repaired.
Some people get right stroppy when they don’t get what they want.
These guy's deserve a medal for the work they do looking after non technical people :)

B.These guys are a couple of ledgends. I came in for a GoPro charge chord and left with exactly what I needed and printed directions to some of the best food I've ever eaten. They were very helpful and friendly.

A.I find it ok, but there is one member of staff who I feel uncomfortable around. I don't know whether he means to be or not, or if he realises, but I always either feel like an idiot who is wasting his time, or like he suspects I am a theif. Its bizzare, I don't know why I get those feelings. It's probably just me, and I apologize if I'm making him sound bad and he reads this.
R.The guy's in this store are always polite, courteous and friendly only to happy to help or give advice on your electronic requirements there's no falsehood with these guy's and no pressure to buy anything.
D.Jaycar Blenheim had what I needed for a decent price but the 2 guys working there were quite rude especially when a lady came in looking for a replacement HDMI port for an Xbox 360, they treated her like she was an absolute idiot and continued to slag her off after she had left the store upset. I will probably not shop there again in future. What tossers.
