What an absolutely AWESOME company! Shane goes “above and beyond” the call of duty when it comes to helping with all types of computer issues – big or small. I own a small computer consultancy and repair business in New Plymouth. I have been buying batteries off Laptop Battery NZ Ltd for a few years now and their service has always been good, but since Shane has taken over, it has become great! Recently I ordered a battery at 5.30 pm on a Tuesday and it was at my door at 8.30 am, the next day! Now that's service!

In past 2 years, I have purchased laptop batteries, screens, power adapters, a refurbished laptops too. Never had any issue with these guys. Most of the time, I find their products cheaper and locally available for pickup rather than the other shops in Christchurch. Haters gonna hate. Trade and experience by yourself.

I've bought a couple of things from Laptop Battery over the last few years, and the price and quality have been the best I've found in NZ. I had a problem with my computer recently, and had the most amazing customer service from Shane, going out his way to help me get the issue sorted, even though I was in another part of the country. Actually, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had, and I will definitely being buying from Laptop Battery again :)

This was an awesome find, the prices here we're lower than every other shop in Christchurch and the south island. They have a huge selection of laptop batteries, power adapters, the staff are very friendly and help full. If you need anything for your laptop then this is the right place to go. Thanks
