I had some rather irritable problems with my computer at a time when work was high in demand. I was in need of someone who could fix my computer quickly and with minimal costs. My laptop harddrive crashed on a Friday evening. Vijay is one of the few computer service providers who work over the weekend. He far exceeded my expectations. He installed a new SSD card by Sunday, and over the next few days he even managed to carefully retrieve all my data from the crashed card. He's friendly and fast, and goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy with the outcome. I will definitely use his services again if I have computer issues. Highly recommended!

Popped in for my free evaluation and was assured a fair review on if it was worth the repair or I should just save for a new one and this is what I received. The price was very good especially for repairs on an apple product and Vijay was very friendly. I dropped my laptop in on Saturday for the evaluation was given the details of the repair Monday and was able to pick it up fully fixed on Tuesday. 4 days to diagnose and fix aswell as chucking in a free clean out of dust. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this guy if your looking for someone that’ll be honest and care more for you than gaining money.

Could not recommend Vijay and his work more. I took my iPhone to him after it was completely dead and I had been told by apple employees that the only option was to reset the whole phone. Vijay assured me he would be able to retrieve all the data off of my phone, which included 10,000 photos and even fixed my phone back to complete working condition. I genuinely didn’t think I’d be able to get any of my photos back, but he was able to, and completed it all so quickly - I had my phone back in less than 2 days. I had issues with my PC blue screening and crashing constantly for months. Other IT companies could not diagnose the issue (A waste of money). I then took it to Vijay who diagnosed the issue (which was very technical) in a very reasonable time frame. He then assisted me in what to tell PB tech in order to get a refund for the faulty parts. With his advice I purchased new parts and he put them in for me and had my PC running at its peak performance in just a few days. I am so glad the issue is now resolved. Please don't take your faulty hardware anywhere else as no one can do what Vijay does for such a good price. Save yourself money and time and give Vijay a call. He will go above and beyond to fix your issues.

Our laptop failed Friday night so I gave IT Fixed a call on Saturday morning. Vijay was able to recover the data from the laptop for us. I went to Vijay as I find independent techs are knowledgeable, empowered by getting things right and are usually very kind, good spirited people who care about their work and reputation while maintaining quality service. Vijay delivered the excellent and intelligent service I took a punt on. A very warm and experienced professional. Vijay communicated a lot to make sure all details of the repair were known before proceeding - such as locating a motherboard specifically for a Lonovo with 4k touchscreen. I have my laptop back up and running with new motherboard, new SSD, power supply and cooling system - basically I killed it with a below par power supply off trade me. Now a new machine in an old housing at amazing value. Before pick up Vijay installed new os windows 10, all software and drivers directly from the Lonovo website, ran diagnostics on the system and hardware to make sure all is right and correct. It's quick response again including the touch screen. Lastly, before beginning the job Vijay supplied me with hard drive of all my data. He gave me the drive to take away to work from/back up.
