This place is brilliant! I sent them an email about my MacBook battery at 9am on a Sunday morning, not expecting a reply until Monday, and they replied about 5 minutes later with an outline of what the issue was and a (very reasonable) quote. The service was outstanding, Mark was very helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable - will definitely be going back there for all my computer issues! I am very grateful for all his assistance.

Absolutely fantastic. This business was suggested to me by a family member who'd had an issue with their keyboard fixed a few months earlier. Mark replaced a battery on my MacBook Air as well as completing a more complex repair on my partner's laptop. He's very knowledgable, highly efficient, and great at communicating where things are at with respect to diagnosing the problem, ordering in parts, etc. Can't recommend him enough!

I came to Mark for a second opinion on my Macbook. He explained the problem in a very clear and understandable way and even provided me photo's of the damage. The repair was fast and very reasonably priced, a lot cheaper than my first option (which would be 3x more than what Mark charged). I am really grateful. If you don't know jack about computers it's nice if someone spends a little extra time to help you understand. Mark is the best.

This place is fantastic - if you need your computer repaired, look no further. I phoned with a start up problem of my MacBook Pro. Mark met me at their office in town on a Saturday (!) afternoon. He opened the lap top, did a quick check up of major trouble shooting spots and in the process managed to sort out my problem on the spot - all in about 15 minutes. I can highly recommend Ohno! for a fast and efficient solution.

OhNo! is a great computer repair spot. I got into such a bind when my MacBook's screen went kaput just a few days before COVID-19 lockdown started. I use my computer for work everyday so was very stressed about it. Mark really helped me out and was able to show me what happened. He explained the issue in simple terms that I could make sense of and prescribed a few different courses of action I could take to fix it one of which involved trying to get Apple to replace the display for free (the particular model I have has had a lot of display issues so in some cases Apple will do this). In the end they wouldn't so Mark replaced the display an did an awesome job. It's working beautifully. Super appreciative of how transparent, knowledgeable and communicative Mark was throughout the repair and would tell any one who needs tech repairs to head straight to OhNo!

Brilliant. We travelled from AKL to CHC recently and to our horror discovered that we'd left the laptop charger behind. Mark to the rescue - lent us one at NO COST until we were able to source a spare on a more permanent basis. What service.... couldn't recommend this business more highly. As an aside, Mark also fixed a Windows corruption issue I had some years ago. He won't remember me, but again perfect, prompt service. Thank you.

AMAAAZING work from the team. Great communication, great work, fair price and they saved my laptop when the Certified Apple seller in NZ had told me that my laptop had died after a water spill on it. The Oh No team did a great job. Can highly recommend this place!

Tried really hard to recover data from damaged external hard drive but too damaged to recover files- no charge. Fixed my son's laptop within 48 hrs and when problem recurred, fixed it for free. Very helpful.

This man is brilliant and fast at sorting out all of my issues. I cannot speak highly enough of the man He listened to what I was having problems with, fully understood where I was coming from and showed me where I was going wrong and how to navigate the problem if it occurred again. He started working from the moment he walked into my house till the time he left charging me for exactly the time he had worked. I believe that he needs to charge more for his service he provides! With so many options for computer repair shops I wasn't sure where to begin, so I started with good Google reviews! My work computer completely died and Mark was able to repair it and recover all of my important data. The moment a careless hand movement spilt tea on my open computer was a shock of horror. It was as if a friend had gone. In desperation I willed my computer to wake, longing for the screen to flicker. No response. Although I was beyond hope I prayed for a miracle and my dad and I placed my computer in the hands of Mark. I will never know how he did it, but after incredible service I was so delighted to return from a run in the hills on a Thursday night to see my computer gleaming on the table. I cannot recommend Mark enough and I am so grateful, thankful and impressed at his work! :)

I used them 3 years ago, I had a problem with my laptop and I thought it was something wrong with motherboard related to battery connection but it was only the cable, I had purchased in a row two cables that were faulty! so I thought the problem was the computer. He could have charged me a lot under any trick really but he just got a new cable/transformer and that was it. I will use them again!
