Brett was super accommodating, taking up our job request at a moment's notice on a Saturday morning. He did a stellar job in diagnosing what was wrong with our PC, and went above and beyond in writing up a report to help us make an insurance claim from the party responsible for damage. The service offered is also a lot more personal and in-depth than the other IT repair shop's we've been to. We're pretty sure that Brett has secured our business for the foreseeable future :)

This man Brett is a true hero of the game. Sorted my PC out better than I could have ever hoped for over a weekend in 24 hours. It's never looked or run so good.
