Excellent aftersales service. Gigabyte RTX 3060 Vision had some issues, emailed Cello Tech. Their manager, Ragnar, was very helpful throughout the returns process. Would I recommend this shop? YES! Will definitely recommend this PC shop to my channel viewers, who are based on the SI. 😉👍

Went in today looking for a usb-c to usb-c cable. Specifically interested in high data rate cables, in order to work with my Blackmagic Cinema 4K and Samsung T5 SSD. Store owner (I assume) was very helpful and friendly, although they didn't seem to have the cable I need. We looked at alternative solutions, but couldn't really figure something out. However, he moved on to other costumers, leaving me with another employee, just to go through the options once more. This particular employee wasn't as helpful and friendly as the one before. I tried to explain my problem and he told me I wasn't making sense, stating that there is no difference between MegaByte and MegaBit. Made me feel very insecure about my own knowledge, which I didn't appreciate. Ultimately, he found a cable that they have been using in one of their sytems and let me try it. It worked. I asked if they would consider selling it, and he said I could have it for 40$. I looked up the cable online, finding it for 20 (18,99$NZD). Considering it has been used before and I could always order online I asked if 30$ would be okay. He then told me to buy it online and that he doesn't want to sell it to me anyway. Excuse me for asking... All in all, I went out of the store with a pretty average feeling. Therefore, 3 stars.

Good guys, very helpful, Brought a 2gb Graphics Card

Best customer service iv ever experienced! The owner went out of his way after hours to get me the the graphics card I needed right before lock down! Very grateful for cello and the role they have in the dunedin gaming community. Super friendly group of people with even friendlier prices. They are the best at what they do in Dunedin. Recommend to all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10

Very helpful and friendly customer service. Went in to buy a new NZXT mid-tower case and got a great deal. It's so good having a reliable and inviting PC components shop in little ol' Dunedin. For a vast majority of products it will be worth your time and money going here and dealing with real, knowledgable staff compared to ordering from a faceless online store and relying on delivery (even the price differences will only be a few bucks here or there). Also, while not the biggest of stores, they aren't understocked. They had exactly the case I wanted. I'll definitely be back soon!

I visited the shop to get my daughter's computer fixed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ragnar Sein served me and through his excellent professional advice and help my daughter got a brand new apple lap top through contents insurance. I can not explain how happy she was. My daughter and myself are very grateful for Ragnar's excellent service.

I am building a custom pc through Cello, have always found them responsive and professional. Stock a lot of what I am interested in, and go the extra mile to accommodate my needs.

Always selling top quality products. No cheap rubbish. Prices are great. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Have purchased numerous things over the past few years and each time the staff have been friendly and helpful. They know their products and are able to provide details about what they sell. Have been with friends when purchasing new computers and often get bonus stuff included. The service department is quick and priced well.

Bought a hard drive and didn’t have an extra SATA cable so they gave me one for free and gave me solid advice for DIY installation. Would recommend you check this place out!

Exceptional customer service, brought in a laptop for an assessment, the staff suggested I return it to where I purchased it for a repair as it was under manufacture warranty. Great, honest people! Saved me a great deal of money as a university student.

I went today with an iPhone 5 in trouble, after somebody else told me that it was not possible to make it work again, but at Cello, instead of the easy answer, the guys took the time to figure out what was wrong and solved the issue for a very reasonable fee. Do you need good service? Don't think twice, go to Cello.

Have bought a few things from there, they did better pricing than some online retailers so go in and talk to them. I had to get a faulty item replaced, it was handled quickly.

Called the store to get help making a external drive work on Mac that had previously been used on windows. The staff member I spoke too took the time to talk me trough it and got it sorted. Thanks for your time!!

Highly recommend to any of your computer needs. They made a great gaming computer to meet my budget and I couldn't be happier.

Always been fair to me. They have helped me out on numerous occasions. Even tested a faulty gpu a few weeks ago for me to see if it was dead. They did not charge me for this where as most places would.
