B.Awesome place, I bought my self build PC from here about a year ago, at the time one of the hard drives was lost in the mail, and Paradigm dealt with it immediately, and dealt with the courier on my behalf to sort everything out. I've just had to RMA 2 sticks of RAM as well, not Paradigm's fault in any way, but it was dealt with quickly, and again shielding me from all the grief they probably had to go through to get the RMA approved and returned by the manufacturer. I've always though that you never know how good a business is until you've dealt with a problem, and after 2 problems that weren't even their fault, Paradigm are awesome :)

M.I ordered my Laptop online via Pricespy and these guys were the cheapest price for the laptop I wanted including shipping. Not only that but when I called inquiring the next day over the phone to check that my invoice was paid and the man on the other end said that it had and it should be at my house, I didn't believe him of coarse due to it being only a day since the invoice was sent. But sure enough it was at my front door. Top notch stuff.
