Good service. I took my computer in to get it repaired. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it, no problem. The cost of service was really good too. Definitely coming back again 🙂

Completed a screen repair on my iPhone8+ and I was stoked with the service, time for repair and price especially when I last minute asked for a screen protector on my 12mini and I noticed later that day they cleaned all the gunk from the ports while they installed it. Awesome! Thanks team.

Needed an upgrade for one of my laptops. Quick and friendly service. Was happy with the price too. Great job guys

Needed a new charger and cable for my phone ASAP as the dog had chewed mine up. This place was open 9am sharp, as soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted and was quickly pointed in the direction of the phone chargers. Got a great deal and a 12 months warranty on the items too. Guy there was really helpful. Cheers team

Came in to get my iPhone 7 screen replaced, the ginger haired guy there was really polite and honest, he showed me that it was actually just the screen protector that was cracked. Whew! He quickly replaced the protector in a flash and it was only $15! The ones at spark were around $40 for the same one... Thank you Mega Computers!

My laptop needed a new trackpad and replacement keys. Robbie at Mega Computers gave me options about how he could source the parts with details of costs and approximate time for delivery (COVID has of course caused havoc with imports). He phoned me to update me with the repair and when it was done I was very impressed with both the quickness and the cost. Great job - thanks Robbie!

This place was recommended to me by a colleague and I wasn't disappointed. I really appreciated how the staff looked for non invasive solutions for the issues I was having with my computer first before commiting it to a potentially costly investigation. $69 later and I walked away with a new charger and a working computer. Very happy thank you.

I had a samsung s9 which needed the back of it replaced, they ordered it in an had it ready for me within 1.5 days an it was a great price, excellent service an really nice people, ill do business with them again 😀 thanku mega computers.

Had an excellent experience with these guys. Highly recommended. I had an issue with my mic and they fixed the issue. Easy to communicate with and no false promises. They even helped clean up my camera. Price is reasonable. Thank you. They’re my go to for any issue with iPhones

My laptop battery died, i could have bought online, all the sites were from china even those with nz domains. So i googled laptop battery hamilton. Came up with these guys. Great service fair price, arrived in 24 hours. Would reccomend

Very impressive! Service! Went to the store for the very first time today 12.30pm . My computer was dropped and not booting up. Lee tried to fix it but unfortunately required a new hard drive, as i expected - By 3.25pm i collected my computer, all fixed and windows reloaded. Now that's what i call service. Will certainly be back whenever i have an issue with any computer. Highly recommended! Thanks Lee

I bought a new mobile phone recently and had a few Technical problems with it so I went to Mega Computers in Te Awamutu and the Technician Armin was so patient and efficient and sorted out my problems. I had such wonderful Customer Service I would recommend this Company and Armin to any one that needs help with Phones, Laptops, Computers etc

Hey so the hard drive on my laptop died on me.. im callin up the.. over 9000 comp repair shops in ham.. they all telln me come in we charge u 40 50 $ to take a look.. i got a hand print on my fore head the size of.. my hand... from the face palms tyvm but no thanks.. come across these guys.. the choir is singing in my ears!. found my guys. great service. ended up costing a fraction of what i was being told by other places.. they cleaned my dirty ass 3 year old laptop and even gave me a free mouse! very very happy with their service. highly recommend.. even went to the trouble of writing them a review.. never wrote a review before. great work and ty for returning my 3 year old crappy laptop to what it was like when i 1st bought it. its like i bought a brand new laptop. m8 MC is g8. i r8 them 8/8.

I took two desktop computers and two laptops to Fazli at Mega Computers hoping for the best but also expecting to be hit hard in the pocket. It didn't happen. My concerns were warranted to some extent because of the myriad of problems my computers had, however, Fazli really looked after me. The customer service and cost are amazing. If anyone is looking for someone they can trust to fix their computers, someone who really knows their stuff and won't charge the earth for their time then Fazli is the one. I certainly will have all my future computer repairs done there. Thank you so much, I wish you all the best!

Excellent phone care. My screen broke, then the replacement LED malfunctioned just as I was about to go on a trip--repaired in just a couple of hours and I was able to get on my plane stress free. Went above and beyond.

Had a tablet screen replaced here. Good job, efficient and friendly. No idea why this came up as a 1 star rating so have edited it.

Really impressed with the customer service from this company. I needed a new laptop charger ASAP and I wasn't sure how to tell which one I needed due to the worn state of the numbers on the exterior of the laptop. Jai was really polite and patient and told me I could have a look at the battery numbers (which of course wouldn't be worn!) and he went through about four different long numbers and tried to find out which one I needed. We weren't having much luck but I knew I needed t to be a yellow tip but wasn't sure if there were different yellow-tipped chargers. He explained to me what the difference between the chargers were etc...and we figured out that I was fine to order a particular one...sooo helpful! Also I no longer needed the courier service and it had not been posted out yet - he promptly rang the other store to make sure it was in stock at Clyde St AND checked to make sure it was in stock at Dinsdale so that my mum could pick it up from either store before leaving Hamilton to go north and bring it to me. Supoer stoked. They know their stuff and are so nice to you even when you are being a bit annoying!

I have lived in different parts of the North Island and South Island and have had many visits to Computer Experts but not One, I found, has the expertise and wonderful manner as does Armin, Owner of Mega Centre and his workmanship is incredibly good. I am a very satisfied customer.

Professional service and refreshingly fast return on fixing my iPhone 5s. I thought it was done for but for a respectively good price they made it new again.
