hi qrt team i am really big thankfull to u, yesterday i went there to fix laptop screen coz it waz broken. they provided very quick service with in 30 minutes they fixed in reasonable price, according to their impressable service i will say this is best IT solution shop in hamilton .

Well mannered and excellent service with value of money. I approached many computer service teams for installing OS in my laptop and the cost of installation was very high compared to QRT. its really cheap and done it with all perfection. Also he gave me an extra charger cable with that cost of money. Highly recommended because of his service quality.

Quick, polite and diligent, I was concerned my laptop was dead, but it turned out to just be the power cable, which he had a replacement for. When I asked how much it was going to cost me, I was expecting something like $40 or so, but instead he said $4! Definitely going to use these people again and recommend them to anyone that needs repairs, well worth the visit.

QRT - I have had the best service from QRT Hamilton. The team here are friendly and very helpful. My experience, there is nothing to complain about. The pricing is the cheapest in Hamilton. The team is awesome. The work, 110% desirable. I had 2 broken computer hard drives that would not work for me. I needed the internal hard drive from one transferred to another to retrieve all my data from. They not only retrieved all my data but they put the hard drive I needed into a whole new box and they even cleared it from all viruses at one affordable price. :) I ended up purchasing a new keyboard, a cover for my S7 and a screen protector. My computer is running very fast, my pictures have been retrieved and I have I-tunes. Hehehehehehehe I recommend this company too all!!! AAA+++ Can not fault anything! Thank you QRT team! :) You guys rock!!!

I called QRT regarding my laptop and was able to get a quote over the phone. Dropped my laptop off that same day and received a phone call just 2 hours later to say it was fixed. Very cheap, professional and the staff are lovely. Definitely a 5/5. Would highly recommend!

It's not a great feeling when you do all the work and your laptop break down just before when your work is due. A big thanks to QRT as their name suggest I rushed to their shop in the morning and my laptop was ready by the evening at reasonably good price. What else i could have asked for. Very friendly guys to deal with. I had posted on facebook asking buy sell swap groups for any old laptop batteries to help me with a project, got a message back from these guys and they gave me a bunch of them. Will definitely come to you if i need any computer assistance in the future!

I called in to the store in Claudelands today not expecting such friendly , helpful service. I was in a rush and needed assistance with a printing problem. It is very true to say that the name of this business is exactly right: QUICK response and more importantly a QUICK solution. There is no longer any need to go in to the main city of Hamilton where parking is difficult in order get IT and computer assistance. So I have no hesitation in recommending this service to everyone. I will definitely be back there next time I have an IT problem.

I visited Lovinder in his store yesterday morning as my laptop was horrible slow and freezing constantly He had the laptop diagnosed within 2 hours and replaced the hardrive, installed the operating system and programmes. I picked it up the same day... laptop runs like new again.
