My laptop was drenched in water because I accidentally did not close my bottle lid. I called Jerry and he got it fixed in a day. He is very skilled in this field and he always maintained communication. Great service with a reasonable price. Would highly recommend him for laptop repairs.

I needed a computer fix and upgrade etc. Being on Stewart Island Jerry told me to bring it across to the mainland and he went out of his way to accommodate my computer needs very efficiently. He explains things very clearly in layman's terms and his charge out rate is more than fair. Jerry and Kade done an awesome job finishing a pc I had started myself. The service was very fast, efficient and hassle free. Very happy with the end result with everything looking tidy and great. Good communication - they kept in touch with updates and pictures to show progress along the way. Wouldn't be many places that could compete with the effort these guys put in and the fair prices they charge. Highly recommend these guys and will be back with the next one.

Great job by Jerry! Thoroughly cleaned my laptop after I had overheating issues. temperature degrees used to be in 80s in heavy use, now it handles heavy graphics and processing really well only reaches 50's now. Great availiability too, was able to get it fixed at late hours when the other repair shops aren't open, and for better price too! Would happily have paid much more to get such thorough work on my laptop but Jerry charged less than half what I expected from other pc repair shops. definitely recommend Computer Repairs, when I need my pc repaired again I know where to go!

I needed an upgrade on my computer but it was going to cost to much, so Jerry sold me an upgraded one. He came out and installed then spent time fixing my email. Next day spent more time fixing my email at no extra charge. He is wonderful, nothing to much trouble and will not stop till job is done. I highly recommend.

I found Jerry by google search. I needed some help quite urgently so popped along to the address given. He responded smartly to my problem and got to work immediately. Within a short time and a few magical tasks completed he had solved the issues., which I thought were huge. Jerry is the sort of bloke I would trust to handle my computer hardware problems any day after my first encounter with him a few weeks back. I note he has had 5 star reviews without exception and my own rating is the same. He sorted my overheating laptop in a couple of hours for an insanely reasonable cost with a small bottle of IPA and no component replacement. Basically, my laptop had become "constipated" in the ventilation sense. My laptop is over 9 years old and running just fine again. After several weeks from the service, I am a very happy chap. I now have to put my ear up to the laptop case to hear the fan running. First class and non-B.S. service and dialogue with Jerry. Top marks.

Great service. My friend and I recently built a PC and had problems with it(wouldn't turn on). We went here and after just an hour he already repaired it. Was also very informative and kind, would recommend and use again if needed.

I am 5 years in New Zealand and for the 1st time needed a Computer Repairing Service. When I searched the Internet, Computer Repairs Invercargill came up and because it was close to my home I phoned and spoke with the Technician, Jerry who listened to my computer problem. Jerry explained his Business System and solutions solving problems with my computer as well as costs which included travelling cost to fetch the Computer and deliver free of charge. The telephonic discussion was 7pm last night 9.12.2020 and Jerry said " I pick up your Computer by 9pm because I work from 9AM to 9PM and he arrived in time. Today Jerry phoned me 3PM to confirm few settings on my Computer and he will deliver it to me by 5PM. Again he was on time and sat down to explain what he had done, also teaching me new new functions on screen. I am overwhelmed with such superb Service for very reasonable price that I can wholeheartedly recommend the Service of COMPUTER REPAIRS INVERCARGILL with 5 Stars. Great service had a computer that I barely used because it was soooo slow and windows were popping up all over the place also my itunes would not work. He came and collected it fixed it up perfectly and dropped it back off. Price and service unbelievable definitely will use these guys again!
