Awesome, no complaints here. Great rates, only $50 to check what's wrong and then they called to discuss options. Would recommend them and will use again.

I had connected a external hard drive in reverse polarity. Dead? Yep. Loads of videos gone until I got to speak with Jaco who not only spent two days working on it but recovered most of the data. There's more. He rang to say he would drop off and our backup where we were staying in Kaitaia and NO FEE!!! What's the catch? I can not say as I have both drives back from Jaco and a friendly wave goodbye and no invoice. Customer service? Absolutely. Have already told friends here to use Biz IT. I wish more businesses had such a level of customer service.
