Scott and Ngaire from Laurenson are AMAZING!!! I was there with my son yesterday getting some help from Scott, and when I left I did something dumb with my car that totally disabled it. Scott and Ngaire both came outside to see if I was alright, and got me going again!! Awesome, kind, knowledgeable, helpful people going the extra mile!! Thank you both so much!!! (wish I could give 10 stars!) 🙂

Bit baffled as to what happened and pretty fluid organisation but essentially got home and the issue was resovled even if it took longer than expected. I think this place provides quality work at quality prices.

Wow. (That's the best opening line I've got.) Scott gave me personal, beyond-the-call-of-duty service on what was a small purchase. This is what real service looks like. Personally delivered to an RD address, just because the courier didn't deliver on time. Thankyou Scott: I will not forget this.

I couldn't get anyone to help me. I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes while somebody talked on the phone right in front of me and another worker came in and out and left without acknowledging me. I guess they've got enough business which is good because they won't be getting mine. I appreciate the apology and the invitation; however, I no longer live in the area, but would take you up on the offer for getting coffee otherwise. I know a five minute wait seems unfair to complain about, but my time is also valuable to me. After all, it costs nothing to look up from a phone call and mouth the words "I'll be with you in a minute" or for a store employee to stop and ask "Have you been helped?" It's customer service 101, and it makes all the difference in the world. Even so, I understand how these small courtesies can get lost during a particularly busy time. Also, I appreciate the fact that you're a small business. If I were in Noel Leeming, I'd have time to look around while I waited, but with your small office, that wasn't an option. So, I was probably being a bit impatient. At any rate, I feel I don't have grounds to leave a one star, given I didn't really experience your service. So, I'm upgrading it to a 3 star.
