Had issues with printer connectivity. Emailed Nayan at Hurricane Computers to see if an issue this trivial was in their wheelhouse - it was and no job too small for them to help with. Quick response, clear instructions and problem sorted just like that. Very grateful for their quick service and will definitely be coming back to them if/when I have any other computing issues. I purchased a H.P. laptop from Hurricane Computers almost 12 months ago. Hayan from the firm, recommended a model , which I ran with. Not only was the model all & more than expectation, on checking with another large item competitor, I found Hurrican's purchase price for the computer to be FAR , FAR r less. Coupled with the service&back up . I have no trouble in giving Hurricane TOP marks!!!
