I made a good job of killing my laptop while doing the windows 2004 update. Ryan saved it and my data and didn't charge much either. I'd definitely recommend these guys for computer work!! Ryan even appreciated the challenge I set for him.........Thanks heaps Ryan

Barry and the team will look after all your PC and networking needs. Built my new ultimate game machine and couldn't be happier. Very competitively priced and their local help is always on hand.

Very prompt, friendly help, although this message only appeared in the notifications on my old tablet and not the new one. New tablet notifications is asking me to activate Anti-malware service - is this the same one as the Device Maintenance app I used before or not, and should I do it.

My desktop got totally screwed by it's latest Microsoft Windows 10 update. I had a black screen with no networking and spent about 60 hours trying various scans using DOS and all sorts of other back-door fixes that didn't work. I finally gave up and called an expert as I could see my PC was dying even more due to my novice efforts. I chose BC Syst3ms Ltd because their reviews were better than others in my area. Initially the news wasn't good. When I described my PC to them over the phone; it's problems and then ... it's age; I think they wrote it off. (Ageist!) But I knew there was life left in my baby oops, I mean, my PC. And when I took it in to them; they too saw it wasn't quite ready for the scrap-metal heap. Apparently on my PC Windows is a write-off and they installed, with my permission, Linux Ubuntu. I fcuking hate that OS with a passion because I'd already installed it on my system once, spent months trying to wrap my head around it and couldn't. It literally did my head in. Lolz. Fast forward to now and I'm just grateful "something" not only works but works well. I could not pick my PC up when it was ready so they delivered it to my home. Due to the reasonable price I was charged to 'fix' it - I was convinced it wouldn't work so it took me two more days to dare to plug it in and boot it up. When I did - it booted so fast and works exactly as expected. I am one happy customer. I can not recommend Barry and his team highly enough. Thank you so much.
