Needed to ask a question regarding how to recover a security locked iPhone. The nice lady who spoke with me for a couple of minutes, shared her knowledge freely and left me more hopeful than when I arrived. 02Jun2022 - Went in to thank the nice lady for the advice she gave. It resulted in being able to recover and restore a completely locked out iPhone 11 albeit with an updated IOS which changed the "look & feel" of the iPhone (much cheaper than buying a new one 😁).

Highly recommend Macro Computers in Napier, NZ to anyone. Andrew is lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable in what he does. Great value for money and Andrew stuck to his quote, even when he discovered more work was required on my machine than he had anticipated. I will be back again whenever help is needed with my device(s). Thanks so much Andrew, you are a star performer/businessman and have attained another happy new customer who now has her old MacBook Pro up and running all properly like new again - thank you!

Went in with my mac air that wasn't connecting to wifi. The gentleman looked at it immediately and fixed its issues quickly for a small fee. Very impressive service. Will be my go to place for any future issues. Many thanks.

I went in to buy a new Mac mouse and was told that there was a chance that I was using the wrong batteries. That was indeed the problem. I know where I'll be heading when my I need anything else Mac related. Thanks again!
