Very prompt response for a house call. Sorted the main printer problem, cleaned up the laptop, got phone and laptop synching, and fixed a Dropbox issue. David was great,.....explained issues as he fixed them and explain how to handle in future. Very happy with Call a Geek and will definitely use again.

Absolutely awesome experience, quick, fast and responsive, super kind customer service and will do their best to resolve your issue, they did a fresh install of my operating system as well as the bios and I just wanted to know that I would be given the best solution possible so I went with them 😀 Very affordable when you go in shop and you won't be disappointed, go in to call a geek if you want the best solution for your current issue. 10/10 overall ⭐⭐⭐

This team is amazing, I highly recommend them. I walked in yesterday with a laptop stuck in a continuous restart loop - they immediately diagnosed the issue and removed the error, and also recommended a hardware upgrade that would help to speed up my very slow laptop. I got it back today, and I swear it's working better than it ever did before. They're also great communicators and made it all very easy. Super happy - thanks team!

I was in need of help as my computer's battery died, and the computer was in need of updating. Sam at Call a Geek was amazing, so very helpful and patient and explained what he needed to do to get things sorted. He managed to source a battery and get my system up and running and clean up the attachments etc. Nothing was too much trouble, honest and reliable is how i found Call a Geek a huge thank you to Sam

Call a Geek have always been there and very helpful when we needed them. jHelped us put in a great new internal WIFI system after several years issues with the previous system. Have made some great recommendations on purchasing hardware, have sourced several items for us at very reasonable costs. Very highly recommended !

Epic service. Simply epic. Cant fault these guys! The 'Remote In' service is perfect for us due to our remote location. Just sit back and watch them work their magic on your home computer from far away. No need to unplug and cart the computer all the way into town.. Who needs that right?

Thank you so much for your help! Called them in the hope to pay them for some help, but I was told of a cheaper and faster way I could get the exact same result instead which unfortunately meant I did not pay for their services! Definitely recommend this place to go to for any of your electronic needs! I will for sure come visit next time my computer has an issue!

These guys are technical magicians! My laptop died and they not only resuscitated it quickly, but also breathed new life into it so that my laptop performed even faster than it had before! Incredible service. They dropped everything when I had a crisis (don't click "restore" when prompted by Microsoft as it deletes ALL your apps)....and had me back up and running in a few hours when it was critical for me to deliver to my customers. Communication was timely and efficient. I highly recommend the team in Nelson.

Great Service - would recommend to others

I'm clueless when it comes to laptops, I was having problems with my hard drive and took it to Call a Geek for help. Within 10mins not only had they found and fixed the problem but took time out to explain it all to me as well. Then only charged a very minimal amount too. Very impressed with their great customer service and I highly recommend Call a Geek to everyone.

Had my laptop fixed in a flash. Very easy to deal with, me being a non savvy computer person. Prompt repair, less than 24 hours and very reasonable $$. Thanks Sam . Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

These guys are fantastic. They have customer service nailed. So helpful and friendly, too. They solved an Excel spreadsheet problem I've been working around for 4 years. I finally got tired of the work-around and called them. Wish I'd called them 4 years ago! Their rep returned my call promptly, took control of my computer, tried 3 different ways to solve the problem -- all the while discovering what I'd been dealing with. Then he took a different tack, and voila! the problem was solved! YEE HAW! He then answered 2 more questions that had come up today, and solved those, too. He also taught me how to manage the situations myself in future. Now THAT is customer service!

Great Service and attention to detail. After several attempts with problems with out internet and google WiFi we had Jerome from Call a Geek come along to sort it out. It was no easy fix, but with determination and expertise he stuck with it and and finally found the problem [which no one else had managed to do] its now working perfectly . Would highly recommend. I've used them twice in 2 weeks and they are a really laid back and friendly bunch of guys. I would definitely recommend them. The first bill came in under quote by about $15 and the next time they 'just' gave me advice and didn't charge me. I'm really impressed with them and will return whenever I need techno advice.

Good with customer . Brought my laptap which wasn't starting. They keeped it for fews days and I was wishing they could found a way. Unfortunately the laptop wasn't worth to repair Anyway I jave paid $99 for only look at my laptop for a hour. Well good feedbacks about what is wrong with the laptop but too expensive for just look at for an hour. 3 stars. Maïté

Sam sorted my PC total crash over the phone in about ten minutes. Super friendly and calm, even with a semi-hysterical tech-nerd like me wailing down the phone at him. Would definitely be my first call next time.
