S.Love to shop at New Plymouth PB Tech! The staff members are knowledgeable and super helpful. Been to other IT stores, usually they will leave the decision to you and they are not really helpful when comes to the products recommendation. Save my time from browsing the gears. Kudos to PB Team!
V.I live rurally so order a lot online. Always get the parcels within two working days. Excellent service and have never had an issue with wrong product or anything faulty. Love the store in New Plymouth too with friendly staff. Thank you for supplying what you do and across the country. Tino rawe!
M.Customer service was pretty good, I've heard a few people complaining they're a bit hard to understand but PBTech isn't a general electronics store, it's a bit more advanced so it makes sense the employees are trained to help more tech savvy people looking to buy computer parts and equipment (If you don't like that, you could try going to NoelLeeming or The Warehouse).
Prices can get a bit up there because they are one of the only computer stores in Taranaki, so you don't have many other places to go. They are building a new Jaycar in New Plymouth though.

c.Found the issue with my new pc and fixed it promptly. Very thorough. Had to wait a little for service sometimes.
E.i buy all my pc parts from them. all there parts work perfectly and even the refurbished motherboard worked without problems.
P.Staff was good and range of products too. Wish the shop was nicer looking without the wires everywhere though.

C.Ordered on line for collection in store, only took about 20 mins before it was ready to go, staff were friendly and helpful and didn't need to pay for parking as was in the shop barely 2 minutes. Click and collect makes the process so much quicker and also avoids the unplanned spend when you browse the rest of the shop.. ;)

L.Bought my first gaming pc from pb tech new plymouth, the gpu died within a week of owning it but pb tech ran a diagnostic and replaced the gpu quickly. I've since sold that pc and built my own gaming pc. I've bought multiple parts from pb tech, staff are friendly and helpful. Usually have the stock I need. Click and collect is great as well.

A.I hear a lot about employees trying to rip customers off, they're good, decent prices and good selection but it's good to know what you want and why otherwise you might leave with some wasted money and tech you didn't need or want.

T.Everytime I have been to PB tech in New Plymouth for gaming hardware they have never let me down. Even for work software. They have really gone above and beyond recently with coming through for us with a new xbox series X something that EB Games wasnt able or even willing to do was have a wait list for people. Yet not even a 150mtrs away is PB tech and they are willing to go that extra mile for their customers. EBGames lost a loyal customer. PB tech have gained a new loyal customer👌

A.These guys are great!!! They know their stuff, friendly and pretty good prices as well. I was having issues with a product they sold me.... They took it back, tested it in-store and swapped it out for something that fixed all my issues and more!! I only wish they stocked more products - Such a small store considering the range PB have at other stores.

A.This little store has all your tech needs, the staff are willing to help and while not as big as the Auckland stores they are worthwhile look. There is always something on special and it is usually good value for money. I will stop in here again next time I am in the area.

Definitely my all time favorite shop in New Plymouth. It's so good to buy brand new parts at good prices while it being local. Definite recommendation 😉

Although in the picture of the prebuilt it had an AIO as a CPU cooler but when I opened the box it just had a AMD fan cooler. Also bought a monitor, keyboard and headset from there as well as some smaller things which are all still going strong.
