L.I was looking for a mouse and I got brilliant service. They sadly didn't have the mouse in store but they helped and assisted me with what I needed, gave me some tips and advice and treated me fairly. Products are premium and they also have sales quite often which is nice. For those looking to purchase something, wait till a sale is on because they usually have a sale on every single product within a month or less.
A.Great to have a PB tech in Palmerston North. Great range of products, really is the only place to go to get technology needs particularly in terms of PC equipment. I would say that the multiple times have been the staff have seemed quite reluctant to engage with customers, perhaps down to being new to retail. Once you have got their attention they are friendly and helpful though!
G.High service: they stayed open for me to complete my order a few minutes after closing, and salesperson Carlin had time for me, and my preferences.
Most sales involve a sales person getting stock off shelves behind the counter. For a lot of in-store purchases, there is still value in looking online at your options first.
Good range and price options.
D.I purchased a Samsung A7 tablet with extras and was impressed with the staff member who served me. He checked their inward goods and located my product which allowed me to use the tablet that day. The store is well located and has customer parking available. I look forward to spending more time & money at this store

S.I cant get near my gaming rig when my Grandson comes to stay.
It was inevitable that he would discover "Fortnight" at some stage.
I decided to build him his own rig and found an old gaming case, main board, I7 Cpu and 16Gb's of Memory down in my workshop.
Dust and spiders blown out, up and running, I was told that he wanted "lights" like my rig has. I get that! You need to have lights!
At 8 years old, he,s a gamer like me.
My intention is to spray paint the case sky blue and add Fortnight PC skins so I visited PB Tech Palmerston North on my day off to look for 4 x 120mm led fans in "Blue" as per said "Fortnight Theme" plus a connector hub.
I was hunting through the case fans when a young salesperson asked if I needed help.
After explaining to him the excact case fans I was trying to find, he accessed the stores point of sale system to find there were none available localy. He cross correlated the out of stock product and successfuly found an alternative solution.
Now,
Seeing as I have worked repairing and selling computers myself for the last 20 years at a local store, I was impressed with his adeptness with that database, also his cheerful willingness in finding me a workable solution.
We shared photos of our Gaming Rigs and I left very impressed with his ability to help me acheive my goal.
Knowlegable, attentive, focused and interested.

G.Good range goods at great prices. I checked on the internet and my ink cartridges were $12 cheaper at PB Tech than The Warehouse Stationary.
E.Good store, good price only issue is you can only buy from the counter. You cant go and check out any product. Hope this will change soon.
