s.The staff at iFix are fantastic!! They always fix my issues with ease and great service no matter the scenario, from iphone meltdowns to connectivity problems they have me swiftly sorted out. The staff are awesome at problem solving and just in general a really great bunch. The remote log on service makes it really straight forward, they just log in and do there thing. I would HIGHLY recommend them :)

M.Shop local - including using local repairers, and even more so after this pandemic. IFIX computers have been amazing. RIght from my initial call right through. Kept in contact with me to tell me they had been held up and let me know they were on their way. Repaired my problem and offered me solutions if my Wifi has further issues. j.Daniel and Sara are AMAZING. In a B2B relationship with these guys for the last couple of months and I can't speak highly enough. All instructions are followed to the letter and the feedback we are getting from our clients is all positive. We have had some high profile installations done by them and they went without a hiccup. I feel completely comfortable sending Daniel to small or large jobs. He has his head clearly in the game and always checks back to ensure the fix is a permanent one.

Our business is 100% reliant on our computer and laptop to be working and up to scratch so it is important for us to have someone like Jonny that is there at all times if we have any issues. It is great to have this level of service available here in Mount Maunganui Tauranga.
M.I have been dealing with Jonny at IFIX computers for the last couple of years. He has been very helpful in all respects - firstly in terms of purchasing the computer and latterly in upgrading, speeding it up. Whenever I have an issue Jonny is the person I ring and if he can't sort it on the phone he comes to my house to solve the problem. I am totally reliant on having a functioning laptop at all times. It is great to have this level of service available in Tauranga.
