I have used Zoom they pretty much since first started the business and have always found them very helpful solving my problems. They provide a prompt and efficient service. Whether it is a computer issue, product warranty or supplying and setting up new computers, include transferring information. They are a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team. Something many other business's could learn from their business model. I highly recommend them!!

These techos know what they are doing. Speak to you in easy to understand language. Fully explain what the problem is with no BS. Their charges are reasonable and acceptable for a business sector that does not have a good reputation.

Had a wee hiccup of sorts on getting an updated pc for the home business. Forgetting to be given vital things 1 needs to operate a computer once at home, and as we live rurally its a bit far to have to go back to collect these items, But all worked out in the end.
