Jordan at Remarkable Nerds was amazing! Cold called him on a Monday morning with a suspected fried laptop. He assessed that morning, gave advice about which new laptop I should buy to replace it, set up the new laptop and transferred all of the data from the fried laptop by mid-afternoon the same day! And for a really, really reasonable price. I was up and running my business again that same afternoon.

I emailed Jordan on Saturday night in regards to my Macbook Pro having a major OS failure, he replied promptly and on Sunday morning arrived at our hotel with a USB stick loaded with the new Mac OS. Jordan got to work straight away to diagnose the issue and within an hour he had reinstalled the Operating System. He charged a very reasonable price considering such late notice and call-out on a Sunday. I would highly recommend Jordan for all computer repairs, data recovery and over the phone help.
