Been dealing with Brent for a couple years now replacing parts in a gaming PC that was struggling to keep up with modern games. Really great to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable pricing. My PC runs very well and I'll be back if I ever need to upgrade again. 👍😁👍

Took a surface pro 3 in to get fixed, it was not worth fixing in the end but thank you so much for the wonderful service and the good advice. It was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend if you have any computer issues.

I got RTS to fix my Laptop and retrieve files that I was told were lost for good by another repairer. Great service with friendly communication. It was a painless experience that saved me throwing my laptop away. I wish I'd found them earlier. I can't reccomend them enough. Thanks again.

I took my laptop in to get my webcam fixed. Brent accommodated with my needs within a short frame of time and provided really speedy service. My webcam works perfectly now and laptop speed improved too!
