Friendly service, fixed the problem and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how he fixed it and gave a cost estimate and kept me up to date step by step of the repair process.

I have had my computer repairs and questions answered by Clemens for many years. I appreciate the time he takes to explain what is needed, an estimate of the cost and when it will be ready before we go ahead. He is friendly and reliable. I took my laptop to Clemens. He cleared the viruses, sorted the issues with the operating system and upgraded to Windows 10 - all within a 24hr timeframe. He advised me what he was going to do when I dropped the laptop in. Then when I picked it up the next day I was most surprised at the costs a lot less than I expected. He is an amazing, knowledgeable computer technician, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him and his business. Ka nui te mihi ki a koe (Thakyou) Clemens. Have a safe and Merry festive season.

Talktech was AMAZING! I am a complete dinosaur when it comes to computers but the help I received was awesome. Talktech was patient, polite and achieved desired results, I would total recommend!

Its an amazing business, i bought a laptop 8 months ago it was all good and the machine suddenly stopped working. So i took it back to the shop to know the problem. The guys checked it and asked me to come next day and when i went there next day he gave me a new upgraded Laptop with higher specs because he was unable to cure the problem of old machine . this is the best customer service example..

I was asked to describe my experience, in one word, excellent. The staff are very helpful and very informative. Most electronic and computer stores around New Zealand are manned by staff that could only best be described as Box seller. (Only knowing what information is printed on the package box) I’ve done business with this company before, under different management, but still with the same professional style and dedication to making the customer happy. I arrived unannounced with a vintage graphic gaming card and asked for it to be installed in one of their refurbished Pc’s. No problem was the reply. With very little in the way of headaches the machine was running and in my hot little hands, one very happy customer. I highly recommend them, and Rotorua is very fortunate to have a " IT " (Information technology) team. All the best for the future. Cherrs Mike Forward
