I took my laptop to Clemens. He cleared the viruses, sorted the issues with the operating system and upgraded to Windows 10 - all within a 24hr timeframe. He advised me what he was going to do when I dropped the laptop in. Then when I picked it up the next day I was most surprised at the costs a lot less than I expected.
