For months I've thought my phone charging port was broken and needed to be replaced as it was loose wobbly and wouldn't work at times. So anyway I took it in at tech central toupo and after about 5-10 minutes I was walking out with a perfectly working phone. And completely free of charge $$😁 The guy at the desk said he could try cleaning it first Before making me pay for a whole new port. And sending it off. I was doubtful at first l thinking it wasnt going to work. but he cleaned it up and gave it bk to me perfectly working😁👍👍👍 I just wish I could have tipped him atleast for the excellent service... If only had cash on me 😂

Absolutely first class service. Ordered metal detector 2pm yesterday and it was delivered 7am this morning! Brilliant service! Thank you Tech Central.

I have dealt here for a longtime and have found them to be a great team very helpful and pleasant. They have everything you can imagine here. I have had a couple of faulty products over the years and Grant replaced them no problems. Highly recommended...👍🏼🥂

Great customer service & excellent products. Love supporting local!. Only downfall is hearing the lady in the back, yelling at staff (we think) about leave and days off. Either close the door or lower your voice. Great apart from this. Will be back.

Got AMAZING service at Tech Central Taupo today. Replaced my faulty phone battery in just under an hour for $69! My phone is back to peak performance and is just like new. The team are lovely and super helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere to get your devices repaired I 100% recommend you pop in and speak to one of the team members. Pleased as punch!

Max dealt with my endless questions ,mistakes,lack of any knowledge with a smile and laugh.Very happy to get my I Pad back .

Went in on Monday morning for an iPhone battery replacement and they managed to fit me in and took only around an hour. Phone battery is now operating as new which saves me having buy a new phone and it only cost $79! Would highly recommend (:

Great friendly service. Had a laptop in for insurance assessment, but the tech got it running after some water damage. No need for claim now, happy as.

Very good place, with lots of good quality products, they also stock a lot of JayCar stuff, so if you are into tinkering with electronics, then go here.

Was on a mammoth road trip to Mangawhai towing a boat and dropped my phone in Wellington. Called these guys and they were super accommodating and organised for me to drop it in at 8:30am (after arriving in Taupo after 10pm). The staff were great, screen was replaced in a little over an hour, price was good and they fitted my new screen protector. A+ from me!
