R.My elderly parents were having various issues with their apple accounts and iphones etc which i was hoping to remedy but lockdown prevented me from visiting. Mac IQ were called and visited my parents at their home, had all the issues sorted in just over an hour (would have taken me many more) and for a very affordable rate and solution to their ongoing issues.
