G.A telephone service provider that is helpful , listens, calls back and is based in NZ - yes it does exist! and I cannot be more happy with our dealings with them. Due to adopting Starlink to get a reasonable internet service we wanted to keep our old land line number and they provided VOIP to do this. Their technical support was excellent - they provided a test phone to check everything would work via Starlink before we committed and proceeded with the final set up. The technical support person was most helpful and they respond to requests for help almost immediately.
