R.3C were able to repair the screen of my cell phone after it accidentally dropped/fell from my pocket onto concrete ground. They were able to do this within a day (very quick service) and their work was superb. I was nervous about the whole event (possibility of losing data etc) but they repeatedly assured me there would be no issues, and my cell is fine-even better, now that I have added an extra screen protection cover. They offered this to me with a slight discount. Highly recommend this place for cell repairs!
A.These guys truly deserve all the reviews written above. Amazing chap dan is, the printer issue which took 4 days to just figure out his hands fixed in five minutes. We are small company of structural designing and most part of IT within the company we do it by ourselves and were struggling to make printer to work for almost 4 days, googling, watching videos, calling support guys, None worked. Not making up , he literally fixed in few steps typing and deleting files on our computer. Best part of all is he didn't wanted to charge for five minutes telling part of customer service and it's too small a job to charge. At the end I paid ,but truly this guy deserve applauds.

S.Imran fixed my MacBook Pro. He was SUPER fast, the price was cheaper than he quoted me. He is professional, helpful, relaxed, and explains what he is doing. I am from a big city, but I can say I would much rather go to Imran in little Timaru. He is trustworthy and will do his best to help you.
J.We had flood in backyard and only proof we had is picture taken in my iphone 6 which was damaged. Dan helped to fix my phone screen, transfred all photos to our computer and to both of us he showed how to print and scan insurance company. We were there almost 2 hours getting help for computer but Dan charged only to fix my phone screen. Any one in town if you need help with computer or phone go to these guys. I and my husband hughly recommend Dan and this company.
A.I have repaired 3 things here and have to say for the cost of one repair price we used pay in other town we lived. We recently moved Timaru and while looking for computer repair we found this place. We paid iPhone 4s screen replacement $69 , our computer fix $129 and after two weeks our dead laptop ( dead for 2 years lol) fix for $149. In our last place we on a single visit to computer place we minimum billed 300 to 400 , these guys are awesome and so far no single issues in things fixed . A++++ buisness , we even asked our friends to send threre computers here to fix. We recommend this buisness higly who want to fix there computers or phones. Cheap and high quality.

C.Busy and bustling place, they need more staff waited 30 minutes to be served, annoying but made up by repairing my computer just in one night. I always had sent my computer acer away for two weeks to fix but here dropped monday evening picked up tuesday after school as promised by tech. technically these guys are brilliant and fast service. they have all the parts in hand and expertise to repair . shop down the alleyy of arcade stafford steet Timaru

E.Unbelievable technical knowledge and unbelievable customer service. I even talk about this Indian tech guy back in my home UK with family appreciating how he helped me in my difficult situation having dead MacBook and week to submit all my hard work of year. I came to New Zealand to study Diary Farming and a week before of submitting my assignment my MacBook died with all my year assisgnemnt stored in it. ( Though I saved some in Uni drive, I still had lot in MacBook) . Noel keening quoted me 2099$ for similar spec Mac and said will try to look to recover data from MacBook but didn't guarantee which was fair with dead device I guess. They didn't had MacBook in stock and told me they will get it from Timaru shop. I was in hurry and decided to drive to Timaru to get myself. It was 2pm when this shop was closing I walked in to check if they can recover just my data. The tech took ten minutes went inside and came back with my MacBook working again with all my stuff as it is and he JUST CHARGED ME 95$ 55$ FOR HARD DRIVE CABLE AND 40$ TIME HE SPENT. I WAS JUST SPEECHLESS AND COULDNT BELIEVE MY MACBOOK WORKED AGAIN (I wish I can explain here how much happy I was at that time) He showen my broken hard drive cable in hand was the culprit and nothing wrong with MacBook I can use again without any issue. Only thing he advised is to replace hard drive with more storage. I said if he can do today I will do it. I collected my MacBook with double storage hard drive all the information data as it is at 6:30pm on that day. Techie stayed late on Saturday, he said he was also Uni student once and that's the only reason he stayed late to help me. A trip I thought cost me two and half grand costed me just five hundies with all working. I am writing this review after using my MacBook for three months after repair( I bit fuzzy won't accept til I believe it's goo job) and Macbook still work work like charm. TIMARU you guys lucky to have technician and company which helps customer going beyond of everything. I recommend not only to people in Timaru to anyone traveling in Nz and need help with their tech needs. I wish all the good luck and good wishes to this buisness and the tech guy who helped me.
