What I loved the most is that Jeff and the team at Tydi were quick to communicate, they were honest and realistic about what they could and could not do, and they came up with a resolution fast no hesitation. I would be happy to deal with them time and time again knowing that they back themselves with their word, communication and honesty and a guarantee to fix the issue. Thank-you

Fantastic service, the phone I ordered unfortunately had a dodgy battery but they were super fast to reply and issue a partial refund so I can get a replacement better installed. Very happy with the service and would order from them again.

I purchased a Kids 6 piece wooden cleaning set from this seller on Trade Me NZ. Very happy with the product but it came missing an item. They were not able to replace the missing piece however offered a full refund with free return or compensation. Accepted the generous compensation offered to me. Very happy with this seller. Very Prompt Communication! Product was high quality and at an already discounted rate. A++ would buy again based on service alone. Very lovely experience.

The service was amazing! Due to a mix up I received the wrong part, but after calling to correct it I received a return number and then received the correct part within 2 days. The courier picked up the incorrect part at the same time. I highly recommend using them!

Just made a purchase of a new Dyson. The online customer service from Jeff was fantastic. Gave me all the info i needed to make the purchase.

I have owned and enjoyed a Dyson handheld dust buster for years and decided to wave the magic wand and buy an extension pipe and turn it into a floor monster to replace my old fashioned Warehouse 'Vampire' vacuum. I found what I though was the complete solution on TradeMe at Tydi and biffed a handful of my hard earned pension pingers to the wind and bought an extension pipe. I was totally amazed to have a response from Tydi to my TradeMe buy within an hour and the goods arrived the very next day! What sort of sorcery is this I asked myself, incredible. Auckland to Rotorua. Less incredible but typical of me, the pipe I bought would not fit my DC16, knickers was one thought that came to mind. I emailed Jeff at Tydi and he was one of a kind, he told me to send it back for a full refund no problem, or an alternative was to upgrade to a refurbished V6 floor job. (I used to enjoy floor jobs but never liked the carpet burn!) So I opted for the offer which included the refund on the pipe that was only good to me for growing tomatoes up. I know this text is becoming a Peter Jackson saga but the bottom line is, thank you Jeff and Tydi for being such a great business, no rip offs, eager to help a 76 year old wrinkly bail out of the downhill spiral and get into 2021 with the flashest floor vacuum in my street. I have to pull the blinds and not answer my door now in fear the neighbours will want to borrow it. Absolutely top service, freight free delivery and great product. No I don't know Jeff and he's not paying me, but I was in business for 30 years and I have always maintained to give praise where it's deserved. Absolutely fantastic service and the Dyson V11 stick we purchased is quite honestly one of the best vacuum cleaners I have owned and way above my expectations. We have a two story house and dragging our old Tellus up and down was literally doing my back in but using the stick is a breeze! Special mention to the awesome suction - I have two cats who seem to shed their own bodyweight in fur on a daily basis and it easily pulls this up from the carpet/furniture with one quick pass. Love it and highly recommend tydi for exceptional customer service and value for money.
