Harry came quickly and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem on my computer and immediately began to fix it. He fixed it pretty quickly. Very happy with the service provided by Expert Geeks. Will be happy to use Expert Geeks again. Thank you!! :)

I contacted Expert Geeks at 8 am and decide to use them at 9am. They came just after 11am and my computer was going before noon. The technician (Harry) was courteous and wore a mask in my house and was said to be fully vaccinated. Cost of the repair was under $150 inclusive of GST. I would definitely use them again.

I can absolutely recommend Expert Geeks! My desktop all-in-one computer was running exceedingly and frustratingly slow and I had tried all the recommended actions on the internet to little or no effect. A call to Expert Geeks was replied to promptly and, while they were ready to attend the following day (which was a weekend), we agreed on attendance on the Monday afternoon. Harry S turned up 15 minutes earlier than the agreed time and diagnosed the problem as being the old disc hard drive. Explaining the wear and tear that had likely been taking place in easily understandable language, it was obvious that he had experience and professional knowledge that gives confidence that he knows what he's talking about. His honest appraisal of the repair options and the pricing involved were again, easily understood and ultimately agreed on. The repair was to be done at Expert Geeks premises and the PC was returned a day and a half later and the difference was amazing. I feel I have got a brand new computer again and the difference is amazing! Harry returned the old Disc Hard Drive to me as it still contained all the data that could be used if there were any issues but the only issue I have is that I wish I had contacted him sooner. For peace of mind and confidence in their services without "the geek speak", I wouldn't hesitate to call on the Expert Geeks again.
