Rence solved my pesky computer problem in seconds and was able to explain the problem clearly. This polite and extremely clever young man was able to resurrect info that I feared was lost forever. Amazing! Definitely a 5 Star service. Many, many thanks.

Very disappointed. Nothing was fixed and yet I was charged with a huge bill. If you can't fix it byyourself with a help of Google or YouTube, don't bother calling them. Regret contacting them. Feel like I was scammed. Updated: the company reached out to me to resolve the problem and I was pleasantly surprised with the way communication went.

I contacted Geeks on Wheels twice during the first six months of 2021 to help me with some PC and old tech based issues I was having, particularly because I didn't want to have to lug my equipment into a shop and because periodic alert level changes were making things tricky. My Parents had both recently passed away within six months of each other and I wanted to try and keep some of their tech running as long as possible so that I could tie up loose ends for them and keep their tech items with me for as long as they will run smoothly. Once I had made the initial enquiry via their website, Will from their Call Centre contacted me within a couple of days and set up an appointment at a convenient time. On the day a young guy named Peter arrived at the prearranged time and helped me with what I needed professionally, quickly and efficiently. A few months later I needed some help again and this time a chap named Rence turned up and (even though video tech isn't their core business) he helped me reach a conclusion on what to do with no drama whatsoever. Peter, Will and Rence had an impact on me that was very positive and I doubt they even realised this as they were just doing their jobs. It's rare to find such good customer service. Their rates were just as quoted over the phone and I would recommend them to anyone. I won't hesitate to call them again. Thanks guys! 👍😊
