The site is easy to use. There are slight discounts if you buy more than one of the same item. Payment is simple. Delivery is free and very prompt. Although they don't hold stock, they have tap into a wide range of suppliers. I can look to them when I want to consider wider range of products and also when I need to seek out more obscure items.

Apart from the misleading reviews (by the same person apparently) that I've seen on goggle, Ascent have never let me down there prices are lower than most competitors and the best thing is that no matter what product you buy, shipping is absolutely free and they have good warranties too. Mainly I deal with 2 stores when buying PC stuff and Ascent is the 1st one to go to when I'm doing so. Customer care and responsiveness to emails is first class/top notch. Kudos to Ascent for you're service to me over the years. A customer for life for sure.

I have NEVER had an issue with Ascent in the 3 companies and 15 years I've been using them. Impeccable service, warranty and guarantees and replacements are hassle free, good prices, great website, free delivery. B.Found a laptop sleeve here that was less than half the price of some bigger name stores. Was a little dubious to be honest but it was under $20 and had free shipping so figured it was worth a shot. I ordered late morning on the 16th, got an order confirmation email, status email, and tax invoice email in quick succession which was brilliant. My laptop sleeve was delivered to my South Island rural address on the afternoon courier on the 18th. Fantastic communication, service, and fast delivery. Couldn't ask for more.

P.I have been an Ascent customer for over 10 years now and have never had any issue with their service. Once in a rare while the technical gear does not work but they are quick to replace it. Free shipping makes it easy. You do have to watch the prices though because sometimes they are a bit higher here.
