Let me preface this by saying I never leave Google reviews. I never really find customer service to be so great or poor that it requires me to take the time to let other people know my thoughts. I want to say that Eugene at Computer & Network Clinic deserves me taking the time to say thank you and to recommend his services to anybody. Eugene really went above and beyond for me, helping me get my computer back into perfect working order. The regular email updates of progress were appreciated as I was excited to get my PC back & running again. The precise diagnosis of the PC’s problems, the quality of the repair & the thoughtful touch of tidying up the PC to the highest standard really left me feeling great about doing business here. I wish more people conducted business like Eugene. Thank you again. An easy 5 stars from now a forever customer.

Fantastic service. I emailed needing a few small items that I couldn't find anywhere else. Eugene was extremely helpful over email, and had my order ready for me to pickup the next day.

Terrific service, I went in and the bloke immediately stopped what he was doing and started working on mine. He was very friendly and did his best to save me money. I had my laptop back within 2 days. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. This is now my go to guy. Eugene was really informative and talked me through what the issue was, suggested an effective solution and tidied up my terrible cablework. quick fix and nice service. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to see the person who fixed my laptop in person as was busy and my friend dropped and picked up my laptop there. But the technical called me to inform me about what was the issue and quote. He also did a all check through and dusted my laptop inside. Appreciate that! All the best to your business guys!

Carried out critical repairs to laptop while I waited. Other parts were ordered overnight. They made a polite phone call as soon as the parts were available. Eugene and his partner know their job and I would not hesitate to use them again

If you need a laptop fixed, Eugene is THE guy in Wellington. I know quite a bit about laptops and spoke to many people on the phone about a laptop issue I was experiencing (Dell XPS). 90% of people told me that it was a hinge issue and this was completely inaccurate and would have cost way more - it was to do with the casing and Eugene showed me this when I was in store. He repaired the laptop really quickly to meet my needs, was very friendly and carried out an amazing job. I couldnt have been happier with the repair and the service I received. Best repair guy I have dealt with with in NZ and would recommend to everyone.

Eugene was super helpful when my laptop stopped working suddenly. He even contacted me after business hours when discovering the issue was more serious and didn’t continue with the repair until I had confirmed I was ok with it or not. Although it ended up not worth repairing he explained exactly what had happened, how to avoid this in future, and recommended the best laptop for my needs given I use design softwares. I was able to organise and purchase this laptop through him and have all my data transferred within 48 hours. All around great service!

he is best technician in wellington when i visited other repair shop, he told me your mainborad or battery was broken and he can fix it for 1-2days. and he said if you want to fix laptop, you pay 400$. but i visit this repair shop, he fixed it short time and i paid cheap money. i really feel happy thank you

This guy is amazing. Unfortunately I have had to see him a little more often than I would like (stupid computer), but every time I go in I am greeted with a big smile and treated like a good friend. He is awesome with fixing my computer issues and the price is always far lower than expected. I would never take my computer anywhere else. Cheers mate.

Eugene was really helpful and friendly and found out what the problem was quickly; he gave lots of free advice, also, and I will definitely be going back as I believe this is an honest place if business - that counts for alot these days!

First rate service. I brought them an urgent job with no warning, they worked out the problem wasn’t what I’d told them it was, and they fixed it same day. Very reasonable rates. I’ll be taking them any future computer problems.
