Have had both my iPad Pro and my iPhone 12 mini serviced by these guys (I’ve been unlucky with faulty products!) - both times the service was super friendly, and got assessed and sent off to apple to be replaced/repaired with no charges due to warranty cover/NZ consumer law. Highly recommend for any issues with apple products in Wellington, have recommended to all my friends/family with apple related repairs/issues needing to be resolved.

I had a good experience. Macbook Air had screen and logic board replaced in five days (parts come from Sydney so that was quicker than I expected). Front of house guy was friendly and helpful - and I noticed he was patient with other customers who were a bit stressed their iPhone had died.

Took in my Macbook to them via Apple's warranty, they did what they said they would, didn't try and claim water damage or user error or anything like that and I've got my USB C ports replaced for free. Will use again if anything happens

I had reached the end of my tether after trying to get my iPhone to talk to a new Apple Watch. After hours of googling and bashing my head on the desk, I headed to OOBE, where I found John. What a guy! He fixed what I could never have fixed, patiently and calmly while I paced around!! I'm SO grateful.

My son's MacBook had a faulty screen. I was served by a trainee staff member who was friendly but he really couldn't explain to me if the laptop will return to me with or without data loss after repairs. But I could see he was really trying his best to answer my questions, but was perhaps a little out of his depth. Give him a few weeks and he'll be a star performer. The laptop was fixed under warrantee and returned to me in under 3 days. Excellent repairs and superb communication via email, letting me know exactly what was going on.

Was impressed by the staff here, very helpful and made the upgrades I requested to my Mac. Communication was superb written and via phone calls. Can't comment much on prices as Apple gear costs the same wherever you go really..

It took a little time for the staff person I was working with to understand the problem I was having with my MacBook Pro screen. Initially, I thought that perhaps they didn't believe me. In the end, the laptop was booked in and a new screen fitted under warranty. I was even able to get a MacBook Air on loan so I could continue working while my laptop was being repaired. Five stars for that!

Took my iPhone to get repaired by the OOBE team, it was touch and go as to whether or not it will be covered by Apple's Quality Program. They went to great lengths, managed to get it covered and the repair done at no cost to me. They were transparent and communicated progress well, even gave me a replacement phone whilst I was without. Highly recommend.

I was looking to replace my iMac and was impressed with the level of knowledge and effort made to explain the range of functionality between models. Rather than up-selling they took the time to establish what my needs were. I brought in my external hard drive and they uploaded everything very promptly to the new iMac. i would have no hesitation in recommending this store and its staff from my experience with them.

Couldn't' replace my iPhone battery, becuase it had been replaced previously at another store, and Apple's terms and conditions won't let them replace third party batteries. But had the decency to ask me if the battery was original before they accepted my phone for service, and saved me the cost of an inspection fee, and tried to be nice about when I was frustrated. I had to take my phone elsewhere to be repaired but when I replace my phone I will be sure to only use authorised Apple service providers.

I was a new customer and OOBE were amazing at arranging my Apple Watch to be fixed - they helped with the warranty & replacement. The service was so quick and friendly, they didn't charge for aspects of testing/installation that they could have - just a refreshing customer service experience!

Oobe is a mixed bag. It would be great if they were more open and up-front about the fact that a battery replacement takes half a day there when their competition do it in half an hour. The store attendant at our visit was also much more interested in reiterating the store policy than to provide good customer service. Luckily he was overruled by his colleagues and I was allowed to pick up my underage son’s phone without him being there after having presented photo ID and email correspondence with my son.

OOBE Wellington was an absolute life saver! I urgently needed an iPad mini for work during the time of a new model being released so there was none! Karan at OOBE went above and beyond and rang around a bunch of different shops to find one, finally did and then it got dropped during transit, they then instantly sourced another for me and had it for me the very next day. Karan is a business person who strongly believes in customer service. I came into his business because my iphone was not charging when I was in Wellington about three weeks ago. He looked at the iphone, and discovered that a particle was lodged in the charging slot. He removed it and then allow me to stay in the store for an half hour while he charged my phone. He did not charge me for the service despite my strong insistence that I be charged

The store was busy and the repair department was booked out.
