I found my experience very helpful. A wonderful young lady assisted me with my query about a troubled Apple Watch, I was also advised to go see them by another Tech store in Wellington who said they would be the next best contact. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

The team helped me sort out a warranty issue and I'm sure went above and beyond. Super friendly and quick service. Loved getting status updates at every stage of the process. Thanks a bunch.

Excellent service. Front-of-house staff was joyous and informative. The issues with my MBP were sorted and now it feels like new. Shoutout to Jared Wise for the solid mahi :)

Would've given more stars if it wasn't for the security screws which were left out after the battery replacement on an iPhone. However, the service technician was quick to notice and went out their way to rectify the issue after hours(over the weekend). Therefore, I would still recommend, but make sure the item serviced is complete.

Got a new battery for my MacBook under the customer warranty and the service was amazing and so simple. Filled in the form online, dropped my laptop off, had constant email updates to know how it's coming along. Dropped off Monday morning and was ready Friday afternoon. Seamless and just picked up my laptop and got my $90 refunded back. Couldn't recommend this place enough! They also cleaned my laptop screen up as it looks brand new. Love!!!

I wish I came here first to fix my iPhone, way way better than the OOBE place! They know what they are doing didn't muck around or wasted my time. Unlike advised by OOBE, they fixed the issue within few hours rather than taking the phone away for weeks! I am sold! Great service 😎

Fixed my 2015 MacBook Pro quickly. I'm surprised and glad they were able to get the parts. Kept updating on the status of the repair via email and their website. Customer service reps on their emails are very kind and helpful.

These guys were amazing. I took my 2017 MacBook Pro in for service while I was traveling through New Zealand because of some weird display flickering issues. I dropped it off quickly and easily, and a within 3 days it was diagnosed and the parts had been ordered. Two days later, it was ready for pickup. I called in because I was trying to get there before they closed from the airport and Jarad, the branch manager (I think that was his name), stayed late for me so I was able to pick it up! Thanks for the amazing service! The computer is flawless now!

Professional and prompt service. I had problems with my iPhone battery. Quick diagnostic testing on the spot confirmed battery needed to be replaced. Hillary checked for any recalls and warranties before quoting. They were able to finish the job within the hour. I'm very impressed. They are listed on the official Apple website as fully authorised to carry out Apple repairs with genuine Apple parts.

Great service for Apple products! I was despairing as I walked in with my work laptop that would no longer give any sign of life! They checked my MacBook and found that it was still under apple care warrantee. They ordered parts and repaired all and kept me updated with the progress throughout the week. All of the repair was taken care of under the apple care (free of cost to me) and they were helpful everytime I called to ask another question. It was a great peace of mind knowing that my laptop was in the hands of authorized apple dealers. I am so happy I brought my sick MacBook to then and not another repair place. Thank you again!

Quick and easy service. I took my business broken iMac that would not boot. And they sorted it within a week for $120. And all during this time, they kept me.updated via email and text, throughout every step of the job. Definitely my first stop for any serious tech issues in future.

No communication, keep saying that they don't guarantee anything, two hour job already took two weeks and I had requested it to be canceled, because I can do a better job with eBay parts and a hammer. UPDATE: After I posted this review I was contacted by ServicePlus. They apologized and admitted that they had dropped a ball on this one. After that I was provided with the service and customer care worth 5 stars. I hope that the incident was rather an exception then a rule and therefore changing my review to 3 stars. Thank you for listening to your customers!

Absolutely brilliant service! All other places were at least 5 days wait to get my phone LCD screen fixed, had it done in one afternoon here. They really covered all the bases and were really friendly and helpful!

I've now had two interactions with Service Plus, two different people, both 5 stars. First one: My Macbook Pro screen had a problem. I called two other places - they were going to charge me $1000 and $900 respectively to fix it. Then I called Service Plus - they said "That sounds like the anti-reflective coating problem - Apple has extended the warranty, and will fix it for free." So now I'm getting it fixed for free through them! I'll definitely go back to them for other things in the future. Second one: Went in to have a different old Macbook Pro assessed for a power problem. They gave me excellent advice, and helped me figure out what to do next. Overall, if this team ever said I needed a particular bit of work done, and it would cost $X, I would absolutely believe them.

I took my dead iPhone6 in and Hilary could not have been more helpful. She made the replacement process so easy and quick. She has excellent product knowledge and superb customer service skills. I would highly recommend this firm.

Cannot reccomend these guys enough. Took my apple computer in as it wasnt loading past start up. Was an issue with the harddrive which they replaced for FREE. under consumer guarantees act. They sent me updates through text and within four days of dropping off ir was fixed and ready for pick up. I am amazed at this service. Cant thank them enough as a student my computer is everything to me. Highly reccomend.

Replaced the battery in my Macbook, took about 4 business days, and I was kept up to date at each step of the process. Definitely recommend if you need repairs to your mac.

Dropped off daughter’s MacBook. Took a couple of days to look at but faulty screen identified. Replaced at no cost under customer law - nothing to pay (at all!) Kept updated throughout via text and emails. Very professional. Recommended.

It is a little bit pricier than other places, but I was extremely happy with the updates that I got and how professional the staff was especially in getting my laptop replaced under the consumer guarantees act which saved me a lot of hassle. I highly recommend them, much better than the 3rd party repair I got done last year.

Had a graphics card problem with macbook common enough that Apple put a repair program in place. These guys repaired it really quickly considering parts were in Australia, and they emailed updates every step of the way which was really well done. They are very professional.

I selected Service Plus to replace my battery for my iPhone under warranty as they are an authorised Apple service provider. Friendly and quick service is all I have to say, they did not try to sell me any unnecessary products or services. I will be going back here whenever I need repairs on my gadgets.

These guys helped me so much! My IPhone broke while traveling through New Zealand and I didn't have any backup! Luckily these guys quickly figured out that it was the battery and fixed it on the same day! So so happy and thankful! :)

Dropped off my iPhone 6 plus to get the camera replaced as part of a warranty program, an hour and a half later it was ready to pick up! Fantastic friendly and helpful service... I'll definitely be telling my friends to go there.

After some initial confusion Service Plus Wellington sorted a screen replacement for my phone promptly and at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
