L.I took a dead laptop in, only hoping that any unsaved data could be retrieved ... with luck before Christmas, but possibly some time in the new year. Mike rang me the next day to say it was a simple case of a battery failure, and that he had ordered a new battery to be couriered to me. Showed me how to to swap the battery out. $120 in total. How good is that!
a.excellent service, thought that I wouldn't be able to turn on my laptop anymore but after I found mike he made a quick fix to my laptop and now is working 100%. I reccomend him to anyone who has similar problems with laptops or PCs, A+++
J.I would definitely recommend getting your pc upgrade done by Mike. My pc was hopelessly slow. So I Google search for what maybe the likely reasons. I watched youtube video upgrades and learned that I could DIY it. After pm a few agents, I found Mike's approach n honesty top hat and cost relevant. My pc speed performance is now where I need it to be. Thanks Mike.

L.Mike is absolutely stellar.
My laptop stopped charging, but because of COVID lockdowns, it took a few attempts before I was able to get to his shop - but even though the situation kept changing, Mike was kind, responsive, and helpful. When he had a look, he was quick to diagnose the issue and was upfront and honest about how long it would take to repair - as it was quite a long time due to the difficulty getting parts, he figured out a temporary solution for me on the fly, and gave me the information I'd need to help keep things chugging along.

S.I have to say that Mike Clifford literally performed the impossible. I was told my laptop was irrpairable by a computer repair company. I saw someone recommend him on our local community fb page so I thought I'd give home a try. Nothing to lose. He was polite, efficient, honest, quick and extremely supportive. Not only did he install a new motherboard for me he uploaded all my software, data and did all updates required. All done in 24 hours. Yes I'll use them again and yes I highly recommend him.
M.Cannot rate highly enough the service provided by Mike. My daughter had just moved to Wellington and her pc wouldn't work. Within a few hours Mike had picked it up from her, fixed it overnight and returned it to her the next day. He was affordable reliable and fast . Thank you Mike I will certainly recommend you to everyone and be in contact again should it be required.
G.I just wanted RAMM for my laptop but may have bought the wrong type, Mike checked the type required, fitted and tested the RAMM on the spot and provided free advice all for a great price. Will be coming back when I need anything else.
