Paul has fixed a couple of our computers. He has been so quick with repairs and really knows his stuff. Paul goes above and beyond to help you out. I would highly recommend Barttech Computers who are fast, reliable and honest. Will be my go-to from now on for any computer issues.

My computer crashed and I couldn't find anyone to fix it urgently. It would take others 3 days to get to me. Paul was recommended to me and I'm very happy to have taken up that recommendation. Very professional, very quick and prices very reasonable, and we love supporting our local businesses. Thank you we have got you on speed dial!!!

I have used Barrtech for a few different fixes and each time the results have been better than expected. They are quick, helpful, honest, and provide the best solution for the best price. Without question, they are my go-to for any computer issue.

Really cant recommend Paul enough. He's helped me out twice now with my Macbook Air - once from severe water damage and a different time when it wouldn't start up at all. Both times he was really professional, gave quick and high quality service, and all for a good price. He is far more thorough than any other computer fixing service I have come across - he doesn't just diagnose the problem and replace the part, he also does thorough cleaning of the machine parts to really make sure everything is working as best as it can.

Paul actually fixes things, not just replaces parts. Fast turnaround even under Covid restrictions. Took my sons laptop somewhere else first and they didn't diagnose or fix it. Absolutely recommend Paul and Barttech computers. I had been having lots of issues and error messages with my Apple Mac for a while but had put off getting fixed as worried about cost. Saw lots of positive comments about this company on Facebook so reached out and got a quote based oh the photos I sent of my errors. Quick contact and turnaround of repair even in Covid and quote accurate and very reasonable. Absolutely recommend and I will be using again for any other issues I have with my laptop in the future. Exceptional customer service. We were kept up to date through the whole process with pictures and explanations of every step. Paul went out of his way to make sure that my macbook was repaired to the best possible standard and at a price that did not make him look like a dentist.

Paul was an absolute life saver and went out of his way to help us out - what was a disaster for us with the computer breaking down at the absolute worst time possible, once he knew it couldn't be fixed his professional knowledge was able to recommend our next steps, as well as find a replacement for us so we could retrieve all the data. An urgent request for my son’s computer to be looked at, as with a recent mac update it had corrupted the system. Paul came to the rescue quickly, where I was able to drop off my sons computer and have it completed within a few hours, same day pick up. Paul knew exactly the issue and was able to sort and update the issues for me, explaining it all easily for me to understand. Paul from BartTech Computers did a brilliant job on my Mac. He had to put in many extra hours to sort out an almost impossible-to-fix screen delamination problem, and he landed up doing it over a weekend! I highly recommend Paul and will definitely use him for all my computer issues in the future.

Totally Efficient & Knowledgeable & much Cheaper than I expected. I dropped my grandson's Broken Laptop in Friday afternoon and received it back 'Fixed' the following Wednesday afternoon. Very Happy with One Very Happy Boy now!

Purchased a NAS through TradeMe and it stopped being detected on the home network. Brought it upto Paul who showed me some components on the NIC that were shorted out. These guys were amazing, they checked out my tablet, cleared it and then evaluated my issues then provided me with all my options and then gracefully informed me that it wasn't worth replacing the internal battery as it would be good money wasted and I could get a higher spec tablet for the similar money. I am grateful to Paul and his teams honesty rather than allowing be to continue to flog a dead horse - all the best guys

Genuinely impressed with the repair on my GPU. Had a corroded board, Paul took it in fixed the corrosion, replaced the capacitors and managed to restore my GPU back to working condition. Paul displays great passion for his work and happily explained what went wrong with my GPU and showed me detailed pictures of the repairs he made on the board. I will most definitely return to him for any repair work I need.

Took my daughter’s Chromebook to have it repaired since it wasn’t charging. Paul cleared some junk from the charging port and got it going, which is a relief because she needs it for school. He didn’t even charge us, although I would’ve been happy to pay for his expertise. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Paul, I had lost all hope when my laptop stopped working - another repair company tried but failed to fix it. Barttech Computers were recommended on Facebook back in July so I thought I would see what he could do - Paul had it working within 24hrs and fixed my daughters MacBook at 1/2 the price the last company charged. Wow, this guy is onto it. Saved me literally thousands, thought my gaming PC met its demise due to a leaking liquid cooling unit leaking through the computer, catastrophically damaging highly expensive parts , until I brought it to Paul at Barttech, he opened everything up and diagnosed the problem, re-soldered damaged parts and got it working again. Barttech is the CSI of computers and other electronics, his knowledge and skill blew me away, now have a fully functioning computer like it was just built. Totally recommend, this guy deserves the business. Thanks mate.

Old iMac packed up and thought it was for the bin _ didn't have much hope but Paul assessed quickly, provided options and now have a iMac, better than before for very little cost. Very rare for this type of service, highly recommended
