My sons gaming PC went down after he tried doing an upgrade himself. The next day I dropped the unit into Kieran at 10:30am and 10:38am the following day he texted letting me know it was ready to go with the upgrade done. At the time of pickup Kieran discussed with me on what my sons PC next upgrade may look like which was appreciated. The cost of the repair was half of what I was expecting so very happy. Great service, good feedback and fantastic pricing from Geek 2 U Whangarei.

Kieran was super friendly and helpful. He fitted a new screen on my Mac Book Pro within 2 hours. I have had friends get repairs on their laptops with other repair service providers and they had to wait weeks to get their laptop returned. The screen works perfectly and my Mac Book is good as new. In late 2015 we got in touch with Kieran on the recommendation of a neighbour to fix our computer that a so- called computer specialist had unnecessarily rebuilt using inferior replacement parts. Ever since Kieran has promptly dealt with our computer problems as well as e.g. setting up an ipad and, a day or two ago, an iphone. It is reassuring for us to know Kieran is a txt or phone call away. He's friendly and obliging, unflappable and patient in sorting our our issues. His charges are very reasonable, even more so for the discount he offers seniors. We rate him top notch in every respect and have no hesitation in recommending the services of Geek2U.

Wow, I can’t recommend Kieran high enough. I contacted him after I had had my computer repaired elsewhere and couldn’t get Microsoft Outlook 2016 to work. The other company told me it was my phone network and my phone network told me it was a computer issue. I went backwards and forwards for several days trying to get it resolved before contacting Kieran. He came to me and fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. He also checked the work that had been previously done to make sure they had done what they said they would and recommended a faster router for all the devices we have running in our home which we have gone ahead with. Kieran is a very pleasant, professional young man who I would highly recommend for all your computer services.

Kieran is a life saver! When my hard drive died I was devastated as it contained 2 years of priceless (not backed up) baby photos!
