Cannot speak more highly of the team at Mike Greer in Ashburton! We recently built through them and their salesperson Kim was the only agent from any of the companies we approached that gave us the time of day (we only had a $500k pre-approval, this was in 2021). She listened and understood what we needed and found the perfect lot to create a home and land package within our budget. The business owners Andrew and Pip were extremely helpful along the way, getting involved themselves to help explain and communicate with us when we needed clarification or if there were unexpected occurrences. As FHB, we were never made to feel uncomfortable with our lack of knowledge (quite the opposite in fact!) Our Project Manager, Sam, came on board part way through our build and after just our first communication, we knew he was an excellent addition to the Mike Greer team and the transition was very smooth. We received regular updates along the way and Sam continually checked in with us. As with Andrew and Pip, Sam made us feel like no questions were stupid (even though some really were) and followed up on any concerns or requests swiftly. He was able to adeptly navigate through materials shortages and contractor Covid isolations in a way that barely affected our build timeframe - impressive! Andrew, Pip, Kim and Sam: thank you very much for all you’ve done for us - without you all (and some very lucky timing) our family would be years away (at best) from having our own home!
