Ryan made two written building reports for us, both on short notice within 2 days. He took his time to explain everything we asked, and Dina gave us a discount for using them twice. The report itself looked good, although I can't really judge the quality as I haven't seen any others. Very pleasant to deal with, can only recommend.

Would highly recommend Action Home Inspections if you are looking at buying a home. The quality of the building report was excellent - very thorough and detailed and had lots of colour photos to show us any defects and points of interest about the property. The customer service is also top notch. Our inspection was carried out at 3 pm in the afternoon and the report was with us that evening - very helpful if you have a short due diligence window as part of a conditional purchase! The report was sent in a PDF by email which was very handy. Ryan is also pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be recommending Action to my friends when they are buying a house!
