J.I just completed a demolition of a 1950 house and I had got a options from demolition companies , what impressed me the most about Karly , she was on time for the meetings, very knowledgeable , and gave me a quote on the same day. She was most competitive , and she delivered the project on time and kept communicating with me on the project. Her Project Manager Tracey regularly gave me feedback. From my perspective, I will go back to them again for future projects and they should be on your shortlist.
D.Cornerstone under Karly Cho did an excellent job removing the asbestos-containing "popcorn" ceiling in my apartment in October 2019. They then plastered the concrete beams behind it and painted with a nice "ceiling white" in every room except the bathroom, which required a different paint. They were the best value for money of four companies quoting. Karly was superb: ultra-efficient and polite, unfailingly can-do, clear and prompt communicator, honoured all promises, made good without question on a couple of very minor breakages. The plastering took much longer than expected but they worked nights and weekend to fit in with my other contractors and also used a quicker air tester at their own extra expense. As long as Karly runs the projects I would definitely use them again. The whole team is very hard-working. Thank you, Cornerstone!
A.The shop is nicely located across the train crossing, and the yard is big with plenty of items to browse and purchase notably the doors, windows, and frames; although most sizes are available, not all sizes and styles are there.
