Great company. Mark is one of the nicest people I have dealt with - genuine & pragmatic, didn't try to upsell and solved all of our problems (roof & under the house insulation) for a great price. Terry was brilliant and went out of his way to reach all the challenging spaces in the roof. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

Elite replaced the old underfloor insulation, which was peeling away and had been badly installed. Elite were fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication and service every step of the way. Mark arrived on time and was very helpful answering questions and advising on the best approach. Peng and his colleague did a fantastic job removing the old insulation and installing high quality new insulation, and the house definitely feels cosier now.

Recently had Elite Insulation help to install a new insulation on ceiling and underfloor. From the very beginning, Mark had been very friendly and professional in visiting on site and provide a very reasonable quotation. He recommend Greenstuf versus our original Bradford, and immediately, I can feel their difference. The job was professionally done, clean and tidy along the whole process. He even went for an inspection after the work had been done. Overall, I can't thank him and his team enough and this is definitely the only insulation company I would recommend for all home owners.

Fast & friendly service, we're very happy with the result! I got quotes from a few companies for underfloor insulation, and this was on par with other quotes cost-wise, and provided detailed information on cost breakdown as well as the product options available, which I didn't get with the other companies. The installers on the day were friendly and did a great job too!

Very impressed with the service I received from Elite insulation. From my first phone call, David's visit to assess the job, followed by a clear and informative quote, installation and receiving of the Invoice and Insulation Statement everything went very smoothly and was done within 1 week. Especially appreciated during the busy 1st week of July. Communication was great and all appointments were on time. Even though some areas were very low to the ground, the job was well and neatly done and the site was left tidy. Thank You David & Team.

Prompt and friendly service. No pushy salesman, no obligation quote supplied. Installers turned up when they said, slightly difficult roof space but no problem for them. Followed up by inspection of work before invoicing. Very happy with Elite, thoroughly recommended.

Communications from Elite were spot on, especially what day and time for the removal and installation of the ceiling insulation. They also worked into their schedule to do the work on two different days, as other work had to be done before the new insulation could be fitted. Overall great to work with, and would recommend them to family, friends, or anybody deciding on new or upgrading their ceiling or floor insulation.

We have a 1920s home with plaster ceilings so were concerned that extra care was taken with the installation after a mishap in another similar property in the past. Mark was brilliant to deal with, as was his team. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently and the guys did an excellent job cleaning up before leaving. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Only down side to this review is that I can’t select 6 stars! Probably one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and an example to all. Mark is a trademans/businessman of the highest quality, again, an example to all. Elite insulation installed underfloor insulation for us. They are very professional from site visits, photos and full details given. The insulation went extremely well and they removed all rubbish and were even careful with my plants as requested. There was an after insulation inspection from company and more photos sent. The insulation statement and certificate supplied. Their product has one of the highest R value, R1.8. I would highly recommend this company and their product to anyone. Gabrielle

Very professional job in every respect from the initial inspection by Mark Hurdley to the installation. The installers turned up at 7am on the dot and had the job finished at about 11 am. There was an extraordinary amount of rubble in the ceiling that had to be removed before the insulation could be laid. Highly recommended!

David is very detailed in explaining what works and what doesn't and offers great advice on how best to insulate the home and doesn't hard sell the product. Considers what's enough for me, and at reasonable price. I feel good that the material is from 60% recycled plastic water bottle and job was done faster than expected. Quotation one hour on Tuesday, and insulation R1.8m installed on Friday. Very fast and efficient.

We recently bought a house without any insulation and in the height of summer the place was like an oven.. unbearable at times.. then when the temperature dropped it was absolutely freezing. Our home is a 1970s brick and the floor boards are unfortunately not wood, even with carport the place got cold. Having no idea around what type of insulation to use i googled a couple saw these guys had a great rating and thought would try them as i like the recyclable product option as well. They arrived on time and were really helpful as i had a lot of questions on the difference between GreenStuf and Mammoth.. both the same really in materials but GreenStuf seemed to me be a better option based on how they make it. They gave me a quote which was really reasonable and within an hour after their visit and we had a booking available within 2 days. Guys arrived on time were really friendly and left the place tidy. I don't think you can give these guys anything less than 5 stars.. and the overall reviews definitely show you that. Will definitely get these guys if we need them again.

Have used Elite Insulation for two rental properties recently. David contacted the tenants and arranged to view the insulation requirements and sent a comprehensive quote through the next day. I contacted Autex the manufacturing of green stuff insulation, with some questions regarding the best ways to install it, they put me in contact with David from Elite Insulation. After speaking with him we decided to ask for a quote to install insulation in the roof and under floor. David and the Father and Son insulation team were great and all went like clock work. I am very happy and pleased with the job and highly recommend this company.

From quote on 10 January to install on 16 January! Great, fast service. David did the assessment/inspection and quote for our requirements. Within a week the job was scheduled and done - a world record we reckon. And all at a great price. The install guys got onto our job at 6:30 am. By 8:00 am they had done the roof cavity - install a blanket over existing old slightly flattened insulation. Then they headed under the house to do the removal of silver paper (old style insulation??). They then laid the moisture barrier and then skidded around on their backs fitting underfloor insulation (Greenstuf). They worked efficiently as a two person team, planning out their steps before getting into the work. They even bought along their own radio that made for a happy musical experience for us and themselves. The whole job for the house was finished by 11:30 am. Now that's a world record too. A super result. We now expect to enjoy a super warm house over the coming winter. And, maybe some reduction in our power bills!!

I have used David from Elite to insulate a number of rental properties for my clients. He is very knowledgeable about the various insulation products on the market. His team are professional and the end result is superb, there is no question as to whether the insulation is installed correctly as David checks every property before signing it off; which gives me peace of mind. Good Job Elite! Elite Insulation is not cheap but cheap is not always good. I had 3 quotes and Elite was most expensive but I liked the vibes and approach of David others were Big Boys go-by-drill. His Crew did a good job by removing the old fluff insulation before installing Green Stuff and alerted me about the leak from water boiler. Thank you David.

Really cool place. The seller does everything remotely over the phone. You pay online and if you want to pick up your insulation like I did, the seller walks you through on how to do it over the phone without being at the warehouse themselves, he can see you though. Def. 21 century way to do business!

Excellent and timely work. Our old insulation with all the mess left by rats was removed and replaced with clean Green Stuff. David even went above and beyond when he came to do the quote by removing a dead rat that was causing a maggot infestation 🤢 This was done on the day we called and the new insulation done within a week.

After shopping around online, I found Elite Insulation had a very competitive price for the same product sold at other major retail outlets. I phoned...but there was no reply.....within 10mins Dave phoned me to apologise for missing my call to ask how he could help. Dave went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I received my purchase the next day. He arranged a pick-up from his private address because it turned out he lived not far from my neighbourhood. This saved me a trip across town through traffic, time and money. It also showed me that Dave reciprocates the trust and faith his customers put into his company. My experience dealing with Elite Insulation was excellent in all respects. We've been in our family home coming up 20 years and had recently completed redecorating to modernize the interior. To enhance the home comfort, we decided to invest wisely to upgrade the insulation of the ceiling as well. Having obtained three quotes, we chose Elite Insulation to supply and install Greenstuf insulation polyester because we believe it is the best product for our purpose, it is good for the environment and important that it is fire and moisture resistant. What sets them apart is that David Neilson (the company's Director) is very knowledgeable and explained the process of their installation, including mapping out where those "heat producing" lights are on the ceiling so as to not cover them. Their two trained installer were very respectful. They worked very hard and brilliantly - they know where NOT to step on the ceiling. We highly recommend Elite Insulation to anyone serious about installing hassle-free insulation for their home, professionally.
