T.Thanks to Luke and his team for such prompt service in delivering a basket of goodies to our friendly neighbours. We ordered first thing in the morning and it was delivered on the same day. The team was very efficient, as I accidently put my name down as the receiver and was quickly called by Luke's team to advise my mistake which was quickly amended. K.If I could give 10 stars that would still not be enough. I ordered a bouquet basket with treats in it Friday morning. Ordering flowers online is always a bit stressful. Your never sure it will live up to the picture. And ordering from overseas just adds to it. The basket was delivered before 5 that day. The made sure someone was there to get it without giving away what it was. And it was absolutely amazing. The picture on the site did not even come close to how colorful and beautiful it was. M.I live in the UK and my sister is New Zealand. Sadly she lost her daughter 5 years ago. I wanted to send her flowers, but also to have a couple of separate blooms to take to the cemetery on the anniversary to add to theirs (not wanting to take all their vase up). I put my request in the notes of my online order and was so pleased that this could be done. No fuss whatsoever.
When my sister sent me a photo of the flowers they were beyond what I had expected. They were absolutely beautiful. And, the small addition was perfectly wrapped. It meant such a lot to have this small addition.
I am an extremely happy, grateful customer who will definitely use you again. Being able to use my pre-paid Visa card which I used when I visited was great, cutting down on exchange costs.

A.I had flowers delivered to my Mum and Dad on the day of their 50th wedding anniversary. I live overseas, so was on line and had ordered the arrangement at 10.30am your time. The beautiful Oriental arrangement was delivered by 2pm the same day!! Although I find flowers very expensive in NZ, I was happy with the arrangement, as it was as pictured online and delivered quickly.
D.Flowers were delivered to the wrong address luckily the neighbour was honest and took them over to my daughter in the evening. Flowers were small for the price even the balloon was bigger than the bunch of flowers.
Disappointing for the price. Please check addresses in future.

U.Very good service. The recipient was very happy. You guys lack communication though, Much appreciate if you could call the recipients before delivery and also at least send an email to the sender upon successful delivery. I understand you usually do this, but in my case the recipient was totally unaware that a package was waiting for them at their door step which luckily turned out to be a very pleasant surprise for them.
