It was our first time building a house in Auckland and we are so glad we did it with Japan Homes. Everyone I've worked with in the team is very friendly, hardworking and professional and they are serious about providing an excellent customer service from start to project completion. As you can imagine, it's not easy to make decisions on every detail of your new build. However the team is very accommodating and patient to my request for multiple changes. They also offer good advice whenever needed. Although we were not always physically present in Auckland during construction, it was easy to manage the progress as we receive daily updates with photos on BuilderTrend (awesome construction management software!) and the project manager was super responsive throughout the process. We are so happy with the finished results. Looking back, I had such a great time doing this project with Mickey, Naco and the entire team. Building a house can be stressful but it wasn't the case with them. Thank you so much for your good work Japan Homes!
