Messaged Ramin right after level 4 lockdown. He organised time to meet and discuss our requirements. Told us our options and rough costs. Dana the project manager was in constant contact with me via Email, Text and Call throughout project. Ramin took us to the showroom to select our vanity, tiles and shower items. I've included some before and after photos, they have done a decent job. We are fortunate to complete this before Christmas and grateful we weren't faced with many delays. This is my first home, so especially nervous to spend a lot of money on renovating with a company we've never worked with before. But I think looking at the photos, we've added value to all the rooms. Appreciate Ramin and Dana going the extra mile and fixing any issues we had and appreciate their continued prompt work. Although the name is South East Auckland, they are more than happy to renovate big or small jobs anywhere.

Ramin and his team are amazing! Thanks for doing such a great job, this renovation has been an enjoyable experience. From day one Ramin has been friendly, responsive and great with communication. The reno was a big job and he had many great ideas to get the most value out of it, including adding an additional bedroom in a clever way. I really liked that he was one of the few companies that would provide a quote upfront without trying to charge me several thousand dollars just to quote. Ramin has a whole team who worked efficiently and finished a wholoe house reno in the expected 5 weeks and on budget, including some additional requests I had mid project. I can't recommend Ramin and his team highly enough, especially if you are unsure how to approach your renovation.

Ramin is a great operator and communicator, so easy to work with and gets the job done on time. Has a great team of trades people round him who do a top notch job. I've used him for an extension to a property with loads of renovations at the same time to small jobs for a bathroom reno. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great project manager!

He is knowledgeable, reliable and works hard to help his clients (he even works in the weekends!). He is friendly and easy to deal with. I first got in touch with Ramin 5 years ago in regard to a smaller reno. After few bad experiences with other contractors, I went to get a quote from Ramin for the big reno which we planned for this year. First of all let us say Ruth is a great communicator and kept us informed every step of the way, even though ours was only a small job. They also had a great team work on our job. Each part of the process was organised well. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. We recommend them.
