Quick. Reliable and generous. I was shipped the wrong cable by mistake when purchasing a subwoofer. Soundlab made it right. No fuss. No drama. Shipped me another cable and let me keep the other one too. Recommend them highly. Thank you.

Excellent service with good advise and easy to deal with. Best prices in town. They go out of their way to demo gear and order in items even. Used many times will return.

Awesome place. They have a perfectly air conditioned listening room that smells amazing. Definitely assisted in making my purchase. Great customer service, they made me feel like an old friend.

Really appreciated the time Tim gave me in demonstrating equipment and educating me further in a great sound room even though I had already made my purchase a few weeks before. Definitely worth a visit!

Popped in to find out about multi room systems and stayed for an hour. The salesman was friendly and willing to demo and talk about the systems available. Well worth a visit.
