Having engaged with a range of building companies prior to visiting Stroud and being given the impression that our budget would only enable us to build a fairly standard spec house, when we met with Eddie and the Team from Stroud they had a different approach from the outset. Rather than asking us what our budget was straight away, he focused on what we needed and wanted. Mike and Eddie then visited the site and as a result of that visit and understanding our requirements and budget constraints Eddie suggested we go down the route of a bespoke build. We never thought we would be able to work with an architect and plan our house from the ground up. From design through to choosing the fixtures and fittings the team at Stroud have been there to support and guide us through this journey every step of the way.
