Nearly Christmas and the best present we could have in 2020 is OUR NEW HOUSE. It has taken a little longer in this crazy year of the pandemic, however the wait has been filled with totally great times thanks to the team at Build by Design, a group of people who have made our journey special, so thank you Linda, Rachelle, Jess and Peter for all your efforts in these trying times. From day one when we walked into the Falcon's Landing show home we have felt like we were the most important people on the planet. Designing the house with Rachelle probably drove her completely bonkers as things were liked, disliked, changed, reinstated and finally ticked. A very patient young woman and forever looking out for us. Jess took over as the project progressed and just like Rachelle another superbly dedicated staff member who could never do enough for us. Always jovial and ready to laugh at the jokes and anecdotes whilst ensuring we got everything we wanted plus a bit more. Linda and Peter organise a business that is absolutely first class. Their staff are top notch as are the selected sub-contractors who went out of their way to please and were never shy in telling us the best way to do things. All in all when you find a business that is so impressive we think it only right to let the world know. They are totally good value for money and only a phone call away. Build by Design -- Absolute gems.
