Build7 Christchurch built out first home for us and made the whole experience really stress-free and enjoyable. Jamie and Fran take everything in their stride and genuinely want to see satisfied clients. The have excellent integrity and their communication is swift and transparent. “Jolanda and I felt we weren’t in a financial position to have an architecturally designed home. We were prepared to choose one of the thousands of plans out in the market. Build7 is different; we sat down with Greg our Customer Relationship Manager and provided our house dreams (must haves & wish list). We were blown away with the plans that came back & only made one change. It wasn’t just a plan on a piece of paper – we had 3D renders of our dream! We paid nothing for this service, and paid a 10% deposit upon signing the contract for the working drawings to be prepared.
